Mister Car Wash review: It took one month to get anyone to call back, workers had no consideration for the damage that was done or how it affected our lives.

If I had read these complaints I never would have gone to Mister Car Wash. My granddaughter was driving her car for two years and had no problem. What a coincidence that the day she drove in to get her car washed was the day that the skirt on the car ended up on the ground. The person inside that I contacted, came outside and immediately blamed it on the fact that he determined work had been done on the car and that something was not put back correctly. The part that broke was a clip that held the back of the skirt on. That was broken in half. I could tell right then that I would have a problem. He put duct tape on it and sent us on our way. He said he would file a claim. I don't know if he ever did that but I didn't hear from him. I took the car back and another person took pictures for the second time and said he would call back. I waited a couple of weeks and finally called. That gentleman said he didn't understand why the other guy hadn't gotten back to me. Finally I sent an email to the corporate office. The original guy called after one month and said they would not cover it. He had many excuses. He stated that the water is not pressurized and would not have done that. He said he had a client whose trim came off and they covered that because it was on when she came in. Our part was on as well. I guess the water was powerful enough to pull that off. They don't know if her trim was already loose and they didn't know if our clip was fine when we came in. I feel they bear some responsibility when it happened on their premises. It was handled in a very unprofessional way and apparently the workers there get points for denying as many situations as they can. Now we are stuck having to replace the entire skirt as it got bent when it fell. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH unless you are prepared for anything to happen.

Desired outcome: Accept the fact that you should take responsibility for the damage to our car that happened in your car wash. I would like you to fix our car to the way it was before we drove in to have our car washed.
