Mister Car Wash review: Faulty equipment in car wash, part flew off of your fan

On December 13,2025, I went to Mr. Carwash at 9215 State Rt. 52 in Hudson, Florida. When I came out of car wash there was a strange noise coming from car, I immediately pulled over, there was a fan cover stuck underneath front of my car. I had to back up to get it out from under front of the vehicle. A clip from front of car was laying on top of fan cover. The employees from car wash said it must have come from a prior vehicle that went thru. I filed a complaint with Skylar, Report#FL-1221-25-044519 that same day. She contacted me on 12/16/2025, she said that there were no parts from car in car wash, and that they were not liable for damages. My husband went down to car wash after the phone call; Skylar admitted to him that it was a fan cover from the car wash. ON 12/18/2025, she contacted me again claiming that I did not have damages, I told her, I was going to dealership on Saturday 12/20/2025, as it was earliest I could get there due to work. I would have them loook at car and let us know of damages. I have a bill totaling 229.52 for having them look at the car and replacing clips on belly pan which were tore off by fan guard. ON Sunday 12/21/2025 Tiffany called me and asked if incident was resolved, I told her NO it was not, she said Skylar had credited me account with 3 months car washes and asked if I had agreed to it. I had not, did not even know anything about it.I told Tiffany that when I spoke to Skylar on Thursday that I was going to dealership. Tiffany said she would talk to her and find out why she did what she did. Tiffany said, she would get back to me, but I have not heard anything and it's been over 2 weeks ago. It does not justify faulty equipment and her covering up the issue. I'm attaching the pic of fan cover, clip from car and dealership receipt. Skylar is covering up the issue that there was faulty equipment, and they do not check car wash after vehicle washes. I usually go to the other on in town as the employees and helpful and respectful there.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology for the equipment failure putting me and my car at risk, the bill for dealership paid and some free washes would be nice since I'm a paid member
