Dear Microsoft Support,
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the extremely poor experience I had with your technical support team. I contacted support and spoke with three different agents, none of whom were able to assist me with my issue. Each time, I was either redirected, disconnected, or left without a solution.
Additionally, the recovery form does not work, and I have never received any follow-up communication after submitting it multiple times.
The lack of accountability, follow-through, and customer care has been incredibly frustrating. I feel abandoned as a customer, and I am extremely disappointed by the level of service from a company of Microsoft’s size and reputation.
I demand a response regarding my issue and accountability for the failure of your support process.
Please escalate this complaint to a supervisor or customer care manager.
