Since 22 September, I have been having trouble with my Microsoft Rewards account. Sometimes, I can't earn points. Now I can't even redeem them. Their bots accuse me of "unusual search activity" and I'm not alone here. I get the same response from them and no solution. I can't just quit after all my trouble. It's the only way I can afford amazon.com. They really need to reevaluate their policy as more innocent people are being punished than actual spammers.
Desired outcome: For my account to be restored, to win their latest competition for all that they put me through, and to not let this happen to anyone else again.
