Controller stick drift.
Hello,
I don't know what is going on with your controller construction but I have bought 3 Xbox one controllers In the past 4 months and all of them has had some form of a drift. As a gamer we can't play FPS with a drift it messes up our aim. It's incredibly disappointing because before covid or could buy your product and be completely happy with. Now not so much. It's insane on how poor you guys have been making them. What worse is I read this (the link).

What's going on? R u purposely doing this or what? I've bought your controllers ranging between 59.99 to 75.00 dollars. I've nearly spent 200 dollars and 4 months just waiting to get Broken controllers, seriously!

Warranty service / power supply replacement
Hi, my name is Edward-Jude Kunkel. I am a teacher, I have a Surface Pro, and I use the Microsoft software for my job on a daily basis.. I returned / under warranty, the defective power supply on july 25, 2020 and microsoft service center received it on july 31, 2020, and as of august 26, 2020 I still do not have the replacement!. I have spent over 15 hours trying to get this issue resolved. I had to purchase a new power supply so I could do my job. I use my surface pro daily for over 8 hours a day and need to have a power supply to keep it charged. As I said, I feel I have submitted proof that the defective power supply was returned, signed by one of your employees and still they demand that I provide proof that I actually dropped off the defective charger/power supply. What happened to the "the customer is always correct!" I asked if someone on their end could call the service center, speak to "arias" (the individual who signed for the power supply) and was told "wedon't have a way to call service center directly, edward. What we do here is towait for their response on the ticket that we have raised. igot your point on that but the only way for us to communicate with the servicecenter is through submitting a ticket to them and wait for their response. I need to replace my son's computer so he can do his distance/virtual learning and was looking at the new surface pro as my nephew, wife and I all have a surface pro. With the service I have received, the way I have been treated, the length of time I have waited to get the replacement power supply (under warranty!) with the way that your employees haveinsinuated/inferred that I and a liar/thief! I will not be purchasing a surface pro or any microsoft product for my son! I will also be telling all contacts and social media abut how I have been treated by microsoft concerning an in warranty power supply. find below the transcripts from the chat I have had with yourcompany individuals. Windows 10 october 2018 harmful update

I bought an HP laptop with a Windows 8.1 software on it in Pécs, Hungary on March 3rd, 2015. The programs included a Microsoft Office 2013 Professional Plus software, too. Everything was OK with it.
Later I was offered the chance to get a free update to Windows 10, which I managed to install a few months later.
The actual problem arose in 2018, when the October 2018 Wndows update apparently deleted everything from my PC: I know, lots of PCs had the same fate. As I didn't have a recovery disk, I had to pay a lot to have another Windows 10 software installed on it, but I still do not have a windows product key for any chance. But... at least it works properly: My actual problem is that I cannot use the Office 2013 Professional Plus program as I haven't got a product key for it.
I think It was enough for me to pay for the reinstallation (Quite a lot), not to mention that Offfice softwares cost about half of my monthly retirement benefit. And, let's agree on that: It was not me to be blamed for the loss of softwares but your October 2018 update: What I expect You to offer me would be a free Office product key I think I am entitlto have. Hopefully You will help me.

Customer service
There are NO customer service supervisors. NONE! I had an issue today, where an update messed up my computer. I contacted customer service who was unable to help, and also unable to transfer me to a supervisor as there were none. This agent was very polite, i feel awful for him. I can only imagine how many people he's had to deal with yelling at him because there are no supervisors to help when regular customer service is unable.

I get my computer the way I like it then you do an update and depersonalize it.
This pisses me off.
I am obviously not a genious.
It takes an inordinate amount of time to figure out how to get things back the way I like.
Inordinate in this case means with any luck at all I may have things back to "my" normal about the same time you do another update... Maybe.
Then I get to be pissed off again... Rinse and repeat.
So called adverts you pollute the games with
Why do you put adverts up 50 times for games that if people wanted they would download after seeing them once or twice, not become totally annoyed with on the 50th showing, even worse on a continous loop, so like everybody does, do something else when they are on, they just loop.
I paid your rip off fee for one year, only to find it only applied to certain games, i alo dont need telling by a polar bear with a mortar 50 times how to select different options.
Get a grip, and reduce your adverts to once a day

I was overcharged more than $30 for a one year subscription as I am only using it, and only on one device. I found out when I went online that there is a single subscription price

The name of MICROSOFT has been used in message. Thus microsoft either has to pay the prize mony mentioned in the message or trace the individual who used the name of the company for fraudulently getting some personal information.

rewards team
I have been a loyal MS Office customer for over 25 years and have had the same hotmail email account in over 20 years. Lately, the Rewards team has been picking on me, every time when it was time for a reward to be paid. I have been one of the first users joining the Bing rewards program, and I have a plan that gives me a $5 gift card after accumulating 5, 250 points. My husband and my daughter, who joined the program much later, need 6, 500 points to get their gift cards.
Today my rewards account has been closed. NONE of the reasons applies to me. Neither do I live outside the US, nor do I have multiple hotmail accounts. I had to leave for Germany a few weeks ago as my dad had been admitted to hospice. That is why they are giving me a hard time? Really? Shame on them!I am very, very upset and feel cheated. I will close my account and advise my husband and daughter to do the same. We will not be using Bing or Explorer anymore and switch completely to Google accounts. Next laptops will be Apple.

My complaint is related to unethical behavior of Google Industry Staff. I have submitted several forms complaining about the unethical behavior of Google Industry staff. They have consistently supported a Scammer consistent stay in my computer from March 2018 until now who has use my bank card, Adobe Creative account, Polaar account, FB, basically she became me and used all my applications and then harassed the family and friends in my contact.
I was retaliated by Google Industry Staff by not having my emails accounts renewed or having to be renewed three times per day, emails not being forwarded, or sent, complaints such as this once not being sent, requests being delayed to facilitate the Scammer remaining in my computer longer, assisting the Scammer in new access points onto my desktop.
I have submitted 3 complaints to IC3.gov and no response from either report and I am fairly certain they did not receive them. Just as I am certain you have not receive any of the previous 4 complaints I have submitted.

I have a old computer that had your software on it and it expired. I questioned if I should renew it. I saw on the web that there was a discount offered of 30% to renew. I renewed it and when I received my statement I was charged the full amount of $52.04 instead of being charged $36.44.

paytm is not installing
Hi, this is Satish Chary, I'm using Microsoft 540 (Windows 10) mobile 📱. Recently my paytm account was activated, suddenly it showing paytm is unavailable. Ok i uninstall the app & tried reinstalling it is showing Couldn't install. We'll try again later & it is showing error while downloading. Screenshot attached.

I recently noticed a charge of 107 on my card for Microsoft. I contact the company which I have done multiple times. They are not helpful in solving and continue to close. I haven't used the account in years that the charge is associated with which they looked up from my card so I do not know if its authorized or not. I have tried multiple times to reset this account. They are not willing to assist per"privacy" however they have my card and the login information. Basically I was told I will be charged this for the rest of my life or I can go through my bank in a dispute and I guess ask for a new account so that I can't be charged moving forward. This is ridiculous. I understand privacy but this is beyond and no control when they are looking at the account? It is going to take 2 months for the charge to be disputed and I am in the middle of buying a house. Interestingly enough also the charge could be reversed within 30 days if I could login or have assistance with password rest. I will never again purchase a Microsoft product. I will use only through work because I have to. Also very interesting that I did not have this card at the time I had this computer or product for grad school but the charge came through on the day I was utilizing work items from my phone so my guess is apply pay was able to pull. I am extremly upset and I will continue to lodge a complaint on each and ever sight I can find. I am sure there is an illegal piece in here!
My 10 year old grandson made unauthorize charges on my two different without my permission the players he was playing with told him if he didn't steal my card they were going to find him and take him in the woods so he stole my cards and charge 153.41 which I got that back but he stole my new card and charge 231.61 and Microsoft won't refund my money back I was calling every week but now you can't reach them so I called BBB and I am waiting hear from them then I will be talking with my lawyer they don 't give a d---- about you wanting a refund as long as they are making a sale my lawyer said I have a good case cause I didn't make or give my 10 year permission to use my card I have called every number I found online and they tell you to go to a website which it is no help I even found a corporate number and it said the same thing about the website
