I am a 72 old disabled Vietnam veteran. I got a new computer. My Microsoft account would not recognize the new computer. So I reached out to support for help and I got a response back from Microsoft threatening that if I kept trying to get Help with my account it would not be activated for 60 days I was reaching out to their support system now I have a computer that is unprotected I can't use it for 60 days. So I don't know what to do where to go to be able to use my new computer. Hi saved they threatening email I got from them.

About a month ago my Huawei P30 lite did an Android update. After the update, my sons games didn't want to work. So after a lot of research I found out that the games where no longer compatible with the latest Android version. The most common solution was to do a Roll back to the Previous version of Android. The only thing I did not know at the time was that a Roll back actually meant a whole new fresh installation and that my phone will be wiped. At the time I did not know that I needed my gmail password to set up the phone again. For more than 10 years I have been using the same 2 email accounts to recover a password. I used gmail to recover my Hotmail and Hotmail to recover gmail. Unfortunately I didnt know this and then my phone was locked. In the past, whenever I did a factory reset on any of my Android devices it was resetting the phone to its original factory state. Now, because of all the phone theft, google thought they where very clever and introduced a security measure. If you reset your phone, the only way to get back into it, is to use the last gmail account password that was linked to the device. So that was it, my phone was blocked. It costed me to take it to the local cellphone shop to get that rubbish removed. After sitting without my phone for 2 weeks, I got it back. But now I sit and I dont know what the 2 password are. I have tried contacting microsoft about it, but microsoft is completely useless! They want money to help me to get my account back. When I told them I wont pay for someone to make a few clicks, microsofts call centre agent came up with the lie and said that they cant help me and that I must recover my password with the forget password option. This I have tried over and over and over until I was blue in the face. Every time microsofts stupid bot told me that unfortunately I havent given them enough information to prove it my account. I told the [censored]s by microsoft that my hotmail account has been linked to my facebook profile for more than a decade and common sense dictates that if I was able to link it to my facebook profile, I should of had access to the hotmail account to be able to link it to my facebook account. BUT like all big companies, microsofts greed always wins and they are not interrested in helping people. I really wish there was alternatives to microsoft and google. These companies buy up everyones ideas and small tech companies and add it to their umbrella of GREED! They cant write their own software, so they buy up small companies. Then they automate everything because they are too cowardly to talk to the public. They can spy on everyone, like criminals in the night, but they have no backbones to listen to the people who are forced to use their software, because there is currently no alternatives. They have the whole world in a choke hold, forcing everyone to use their software, FULL OF SPYWARE, and no one can do anything to take them on, because of their billion dollar company status. YOU SUCK GOOGLE AND MICROSOFT!
I have also exhausted all the same options with trying to retrieve my gmail password, but was not able to. In more than a decade, when I migrated from one phone to another phone, I used the 2 accounts to retrieve the passwords and then linked them again to the new phones. You suck Google! Changing security features and then not making it public. I am sure a lot of people has lost accounts this way.
The main reason why I am so upset is because I have 4 children who I love very much and all of their birth videos and photo's was linked to my google picture account, which was linked to gmail. Everyone says upload your unreplaceable pictures to the cloud to keep them save. NOW MY IRREPLACEABLE PICTURE OF MY CHILDRENS LIVES IS LOST IN THE CLOUDS! Neither microsoft nor google is willing to help. GREED is the only fuel for them and I wont pay some [censored] to make a few clicks with his mouse to send me a link to reset my password.
Last year in November and December, both my wife and I lost our jobs. We where retrenched and I was home until middle May 2021. My wife is still at home and we are really struggling to get her a job. There is just no new jobs. We lost our car after making 3 years of payments. Our water was cut off by the municipality. My children had to eat maize meal porridge for 6 months. Now that I found a job and we are trying to recover from this massive knock in life, microsoft just wants to rip me off even more. I understand that it is not their fault that I can not get into my account, but they are just not willing to help. The same for Google. Atleast I was able to get hold of microsoft. After searching for email addresses, I found a few media email addresses and I started sending multiple emails in the hope that one of them will send it to someone who can help. Microsoft eventually called me from texas and said sorry, we cant help. GREED is our friend and we dont give a hoot if you cant get into your account.
I have not tried to send out so many emails with google, because I cannot find any email addresses to send anything to. But I am sure that even if I was able to contact google, they will also be just as motivated by GREED, and wont help. So I have desided to take this to the internet and blast it all over the internet. If they wont help me, I will post this message on every forum and complaints page I can find. I dont have a lot of hobbies and will make this my new hobby. Even If it takes me 10 years to create the awareness on google and microsofts GREED!

Microsoft won't let me reset password and won't verify who I am
I purchased a new cell phone on Monday, emails didn't transfer, couldn't sign into my email account, couldn't get it to accept password. I have paid $21.95 for a Microsoft service account since the late 1990's. I have had the same email account since the 1990's. I have gone to several businesses trying to get my password reset. I have spent hours and the past 4 nights on the phone with customer support trying to get this resolved. I have summited numerous Microsoft recovery requests trying to recover my email. I have had to create a new email account to even receive emails from Microsoft telling me they can't verify who I am. Microsoft for at least 20 years has had no problem verifying who I am, accepting $21.95 each month from my credit card. I have answered security questions, submitted emails, given them the name of the account I have with them, etc. They reject every recovery form that has been submitted replying they can't verify who I am. I have been given case numbers, customer support has tried to resolve this to no avail, any support would be appreciated.

Whenever I attempt to post a comment, it automatically gets rejected. That notice pops up on the screen in about 18 seconds, "Your comment has been rejected" Even though I post something as simple as, 123, or testing, or just one dot, they all get rejected for no reason. This started a couple days ago. I would like the return of normal functioning on comment boards, and an explanation on why this happened to begin with. I don't recall posting anything offensive, racist, or derogatory.

purchased a new dell laptop, could not load my outlook email. I started to receive numerous security alerts. So I called Microsoft and they transferred me to someone that offered to help but I had to signup for support @ 46 bucks a month.

Microsoft keeps changing my font color to green every time I download a copy to my computer. It's becoming so hard to find a job because of this issue. The picture shows the top green save into my Pc with the color green unauthorized by me . This is a very important situation and needs to be escalated for resolution. Cannot get updates from microsoft on new computer/windows 10
I got a new tower Dec '20, Windows 10. I am getting need to update messages from microsoft daily and I have tried to log in to what would have been the email @live.com every month since hooking the tower up. To date, I have still not been able to do that because I don't know my password. I have not used that email for over 10 years, if I even did use it then.
I have tried having a code sent. Repeatedly, and thought it was not coming through due to the 'net carrier having a spam thing. But today managed to get their help desk to try to help and they went through all of the 'spam' emails and not one single one has ever come through from microsoft. Ever. Even though I have been told 'one will be sent if we verify' over and over.
I have message microsoft on fb, spent all weekend going back and forth trying to get help with no results. Given an email by them that starts with the @ symbol only. Been given links that have nothing there.
Finally went and found 'support' and got robo thing that asks questions and they could not help me either. Then got sent to an online 'support' that was full of all sorts of tech talk but not one bit that I could understand, or would work when I did grasp it.
Finally got to another site to try to get my account opened back up, and no place to inform them I do not know my password from 10 years ago nor did I have any idea who I might have e-mailed nor did I know what might have been in the subject line either. They sent a code but of course since I don't know anything? They said couldn't verify my account.
I requested another code and this time there was a security question that I did answer. So will see. But doubt this will do a darn thing either.
Multi billion dollar company and their customer service pretty much is worthless. This should have been an easy fix.
Desired outcome: I want someone to do something to get my account back so I can get the updates they keep yelling about..

Purchased Business Standard in March, but installing hit a problem due to having a personal account. I could not use the same phone number. Now my personal account is over and I have a product that I can't get into and online support sends me in a loop and calling just tells me to put my phone in and try again. Do I uninstall everything and try again. And if so will I be told that product key was used already and so buy another one? Or will I be told now you can put in 3 other computers? Been trying to find the answer for 5 hours and my business is going suffer if not fixed by Monday. I at a point I want to slam head against the wall until it cracks open. I NEED HELP.

Unfortunately, my issue stated in the last couple of weeks and it involves verification when I forget or have to change a password. Communications from your customer service group is not getting to my telephone number
[protected] or my email address, [protected]@gmail.com.
Last week the same thing occurred when the customer service group sent bogus verification codes and I have collected all of the emails from the Microsoft Management Team in sequence. Coincidentally, I met some Microsoft officials out in Chicago when the office was in Chicago.
I can not understand why the management style of the present customer service group operating now is so different from the real Microsoft officials that I met in Chicago. I suggest that communications between the customer service group and office 365 customers be monitored for consistency .
Within the last two weeks I have received at least four bogus verification codes sent to me by customer service. Why is Microsoft hiring individuals who are not computer literate? email [protected]@gmail.com. phone [protected]

I requested a replacement for my miscrosoft surface since it was under guarantee and I had paid for its protection. I received the surface on the 10th and returned it on the 18th of April. I was charged for it even though I retuned it before their 15 day deadline. I was credited the money and now every time I call because they place the money on hold on my account they tell me it will be resolved in 24 hours due to a systems glitch.
I have had three promises of resolution only to find out that after they resolve it they immediately place a hold for the same amount on my bank account. This has occurred three times and every time I call them I had do so multiple time because they hang up on me

Playing poker, had 42M M lost 20M chips reupped with 11M chips I increased my chips at that table to 30M chips. myself and two other players were left at the table so I switched to a fuller table where I bought in with 30M chips. I won several hands and had over 50M chips in my bank so I quit the game, and signed out, I logged on to play three days later, and was told that I did not have enough chips to play at that table. I checked my bank and all I had was 1.500.00 chips, How is it possible for my account to be emptied? I should have had at least 60 or 70M chips in my account. I am outraged at the new "game" on solitare in which a small puppy is trapped in a sewer with a shark about to attack. The puppy wimpers as the "game" fails. This is totally unacceptable to use illustrations such as this in a game format. Basically killing the puppy. I demand that this "game" be removed at once or the graphics changed. I am on level 846 so I have been playing for years and have been subjected to the ads for games. But by far this is the most outrageous "game". I refuse to play and have shut down solitare because of this.

I just saw a new advertisement for a game on solitare. It is a small dog who is trapped in a sewer with a shark threatening to eat the dog. I am outraged that this type of violent behavior against an animal is acceptable in a game format. I demand that this advertisement be removed immediately. No animal or person should be a game piece to be shown to be injured or hurt. What are you thinking? Even the small whine of the distressed dog is unacceptable. I am so upset with this ad, I can hardly type. I expect this "game" to be removed immediately,.
