I ordered the above faucets along with a counter top (GRIM30091472) on November 20, 2025. I received the countertop in December. The faucets said they had been received at the Grimes Iowa Menards, but somehow you lost them. I filed a rebate 67504563 in the amount of 648.73 for the entire order. When I checked to see when my rebate was coming (which I am still waiting for) you subtracted off the rebate for the faucets). I purchased more faucets in the store but they were not giving rebates on purchases at that time. It is not my fault you lost the faucets I ordered. I want a rebate for the countertop and the new faucets I purchased.. There were no rebates being given when I purchased new faucets to replace the ones that were lost. It was Menards negligence that caused the problem.
I would have kept the faucets had I received them.
I feel like I should get the rebate since I did purchase faucets after then ones I ordered were lost. I paid 200 plus tax for the replacement faucets.
I sent emails to customer service and was told they could not give me the rebates for the faucets. I went to Menards in Grimes Iowa and talked to Kennedy (manager) and she was very rude and said I cannot get the rebate or in store credit.
This is very discouraging since we have done a lot of business with Menards over the years.
Claimed loss: 11% rebate for 99.99 x 2 plus 7% state tax
