MegaPersonals.com review: Help with verification

I am currently trying to create a Mega Personals account through a company named "Mega Personals" (also known as "List Crawler"). I have completed all the steps as per their instructions and have prepared all the materials they might require to submit. However, they refused to allow me to create the account. Their system flagged me, but there is no reason for this. I also meet the age requirements, so please help me solve this problem.
