McDonald's poor customer service

You are right Mcdonalds South is notorious for bad customer service not just once but each time we go there.
We now check that all meals are in the bag but lately we have had to open all the boxes to ensure the right product is in the right box.
Get your act together kids and management as you are being voted for the worst Mcdonald not only in Australia but the world.
Every time I go in there the floor near the chip fryer is covered in chips OH&S would be all over you guys
imagine one of the kids slipping over and accidently grabbing the hot chip fryer/oil to pull themselves up of the floor. This is so dangerous and an a bad accident is just waiting to happen.
More emphasis on product training and OH&S policies are required to bring this restaurant up to national standards. I have worked for Mcdonalds and the charade and chatter that goes on is ridiculous less play and more work will ensure customers get their right orders.

Dec.1, 2011 @630pm Joni at the register asked what I want instead of what can I get u. I told her I want a #10 meal. Then when I get my order I don't have my fries so I asked the woman that put my order together she tried to say Joni didn't charge me for a meal when clearly Joni did. Joni messed up 3 more orders while I was there! Then Joni had the nerve to come apologize to me only because her manager made her. But never once offer me the fries she charged me for! I have two small kids and we eat a lot at McDonald's but I will never eat at this location again! Joni needs so customer service classes or needs to not be on a register. I work with the public and if I ever acted the way Joni did tonight I wouldn't have a job!

Today I went through the Mcdonalds s drive thru in Casper Wy and while I was placing my order the drive thru employee Lauren cut me off, gave me my total and told me to drive forward even though I hadn't completed my order. I drive forward and the woman at the window takes my money and when I informed her (come to find out she was the morning manager and her name was Linda) that I hadn't finished ordering she just walked away. When another employee came near the window and it opened I stated to Linda that I didn't know Mcdonalds now decided when a customer was done ordering she stated that they didn't. At this time she had 2 chances to allow me to finish my order but failed to do so. We finally get our food along with an attitude from Ms. Linda and as we are pulling away my 16 year old announces that she is laughing at us.. That just topped off the total lack of customer service that I received'. The irony in this was that the order that didn't get placed was mine and I was actually hungry and as a cancer patient I don't actually get hungry very often anymore, . The Mcdonalds in Casper Wy nearest the mall totally sucks, I am highly recommending that no one ever go there|. When I got home to Riverton I did call and speak to the night manager and he wrote down my complaint and said sorry;. No offers for coupons, no offers for anything other than I hope that you come back'. I doubt I ever will as it seems that no Mcdonalds cares anymore about customer service, trying to keep a customer, or doing anything to make up for rude and horrible service to the offended customer?. The night manager at this Mcdonalds did inform me that when he does have a difficult customer he will mutter his feelings under his breath, I sort of found it odd that while I was complaining of bad customer service he is telling me that he practices that same disrespect for his customers but just not as obviously as the morning manager did!. I guess disrespect for your customers is a common practice at this Mcdonalds.

McDonald's no gloves/terriable service/non english

As I was ordering I was asked in spanish what I would like to order. I told the girl and guy because this has happened more than once. I do not speak spanish. Than he and she both made a comment about me in spanish. Never said I did not understand it. As I looked towards the back workers preparing the food I noticed they had no gloves and no hair up. Why would the place that used to be the best place to eat become the worst place to eat. Each time I also noticed the floor and tables dirty. So I told them to just refund my money I walked out. If this place was this dirty I can only imagine what comes out at night.

I have to ask, where do you live? I have to know in what part of the world McDonalds was considered "the best place to eat" so I can make sure I never go there. Like +JDH+ said, don't go there. Good news is that McDonalds are nearly every corner of the US.

McDonald's 36 minute wait on food then food cold

I went to McDonald's after a band concert that my son had at FPC Auditorim. I was there becase I already had a problem with a a long wait and cold food but the manager had given me a free recook so I decided I would give them another try. I was one of the first people there from the concert and I told them the reason that my food was being given free. The lady Racheal was Nice and thanked me for my patients when she was taken it. I read the order back to them three times and added more food because I had company. This was at 8:57 p.m. I finally got the food at 9:33 p.m. When I told the manager that 36 minutes was a bit long when every other guest that came in after me was taken care of and eating while I waited. The manager who was not Racheal said at least I got it cooked. When I sat down to eat my food the fires were soggy and cold the sandwiches were cold except a few and the order was wrong. there had been two extra sandwiches that were plain that I never ordered even after I read the order back three times to Racheal. Then the two drinks that I order we also wrong. 36 minutes for fast food I would of been better to go out to dinner at a sit down restaurant and gooten served better.

I was there today. The Drive thru appeared to be busy, so I figured it would be faster to go in and place a take out order. There was no one in line to place an order, but there were about a half a dozne people waiting to recieve their orders inside. After doing the "are you in line" dance to the people waiting to recieve their orders I placed mine. A simple order just a number 12 value meal with no changes to it. After placing my order I waited about 25 mins to recieve my food. I couldnt figure out why either. It wasn't busy... It just appeared as if they really didnt care. When I left, I noticed that my sandwich and fries were cold... Great.

McDonald's bad customer service

Im just writing this complain about the service that we had this morning @ around 10.35am @ the Dapto Mcdonalds drive thru.I ordered for 2 happy meals with 3 nuggets for both happy ..the girl that was serving me kept on asking me frequently the same thing over and over again after about 5 mins she said "ok just drive around" in an abrupt way, i drove around and she asked me again in a rude way what i wanted, she wasn't even smiling at all, so i told her again and she was pressing the tilt hard and i could tell that she was not in a good mood..i had my mum in the front seat who was here on holidays and my two little boys at the back, my mum turned around and told me "she can't even smile what kind of customer service is this"...i kindly told her that she will be serving 100's of customer today so if she could just smile..i then told her that i wanted to see the manager, well miss manager came i explained the situation her answer was just i will talk to her...i hope that this is not the kind of service t get on next drive thru, i think she needs a lot of customer service trainig...

I think you're extremley over-reacting. All the manager can do is talk to her. Honestly, everyone has bad days or bad moments at work. McDonalds workers see hundreds of customers, so I do not blame them for not being extremely upbeat 100% of the time.

McDonald's expired spicychicken burger served

I have purchased a mcspicy chk burger, alootikkiburger, aportion medium fries no salt and a strawberry thick shake on 04/15/2011 at night around 21.56 pm indiatime from vile parle west branch india When reached home i try to sip in the shake but the flavor i got was half mixture of chocolate and strawberry mix which was weired top of that the chkspicy burger eaten by my brother which was having a kind of smell but he thought it was a normal chktaste, but at from mid night his health started becoming worst he felt uneasy he got loose motions at 14.15pm, later when he got up in morning the next day he start throwing up he vomit out the burger atleast 4 times till evening when prescribed to doctor he told us the chk burger which he has eaten has got him infection because it was already an expiry nonveg product he has taken we have to give him medicine the whole night after every 3 hours.I was so irate by the time i lost all my mental balance i called up in the restaurant and spoke to the manager the ### is giving me lame reasons without admitting their mistakes my whole concern is that when you know that the product was not right why did your crew served me, are you people playing with the safety of customers health the whole night my brother was having headach and was vomiting top of that he didn, t went to his work had to make a call sick leave, the milkshake was not actual texture i really had a night mare i have made up my mind if by sunday morning he is not showing normal i would complaint to the consumer department.All i want to know at the end of the day why an expired chkburger was served which is directly related to someones health the problem could have become more serious if at the right time i had not consult to doctor Samir Joshi.

i purchase 2 McAalu tikki burgers on 27 oct from McD outlet at Celebration mall in udaipur city, Rajasthan. the burger was highly disappointing. the stuffing was too bad, no onion slices and only a single tomato slice, and lack of mayo made it so dry and simply boring.overall it was bad as per McD standards.

I also have continued complaints about the mira-bhyander branch of mcdonalds twice I had ordered and received one burger less whereas the bill included those missing burger. .. also there is a new offer of getting a coupon with each order... these ppl don't send those coupons along even after repeatedly reminding them. .. on top of it the manager amardeep keeps on giving excuses. .. bloody they think the customer is a fool to believe... pathetic service. .. hardcastle please give them enough money to buy their own burger... n please give them basic training of being honest. ..

a counter boy at netaji subhash marg, daryaganj, misbehaved with a lady . He did not take the order and asked her to leave or join the other line from the end whereas she was already standing in the other queue where all the ladies were standing . And he asked that lady to stand in other queue where all the men were standing.

i have purchased mc. chicken meal with extra fries and again i buyed B.spicy pnr wrap, and with the bill i got McDonald's coupon which is valid till 20th Dec. 2012. this coupon is regarding something McDonald's celebration prizes(McDonald's Sab Lucky Contest), the thing is that you just have to sms the unique code to 54242 number and in returns you will get some price it can be anything . But when i sent sms on this number i got sms from the same customer service that this code is Invalid. and they charge me around Rs 3 for a single sms. then i thought i would have done some mistake while sending sms but same thing happens with other 3 guys who were with me at same McDonald's family restaurant at same time. then i got to know this is the fake coupon which is providing by McDonald's India . when i ask to manager about this fake scheme he denied to take responsibility . he said file your complain on the McDonald's feed back webside. my coupon number was 8146588 . now i wanted to know that why fast food market leader (McDonald's) cheating with their brand loyal customers ? if this scheme is fake then why are they offering such scheme to their customers ? could you just imagine how much money they earning by charging Rs 3 for per sms to their customers . and worst thing is in case of fails there is no one to take responsibility of such cases.

McDonald's fast food-gloves

This fast food restaurant is discusting! I would actually eat the food there if the employees were to wear gloves while cooking/preparing food for customers. I work at a factory containing food, and we always wear hairnets, GLOVES, arm sleeves, aprons...My point is that i do enjoy the food but cannot bring myself to eat it after I seen an employee wipe the snot off their nose with there hand, and then put together a cheeseburger! ALL FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS SHOULD BE FORCED TO WEAR AT LEAST GLOVES.

Well I'm sorry.That is what I was told when working in a fast food restaurant.I was misinformed and will never spread the wrong information again since it is so important to you.I didn't realize it was the end of the world if someone does something wrong.

McDonald's uncooked burger

Ordered a burger at McDonalds on Bank and Sparks street in the early morning of Saturday April 10th roughly 2:30am. Place was absolutely packed with homosexuals as there was a gay club just around the corner. I was unaware. Ordered my bacon cheesburger, sat down and took a small bit only to notice the meat was very uncooked and raw. I was grossed out and demanded they take the sandwhich back and prepare a bacon cheeseburger that properlly represented the great McDonalds. They did and I was happy, until I realised that in my drunken state I took a picture of said burger, and was indeed grossed out again... How gross is that brahs?

I am completely DISGUSTED. Not with McDonald's, but with a society that makes it okay to badmouth a lifestyle! Why does it matter that there were "gay" people in or near the resturaunt? TThey fixed your order. I'm positive they will never fix your completely disgusting outlook of the human race.

McDonald's shocking service

I took my family for supper at Macdonalds in Pinelands in Cape Town on Sunday the 10/04/2011. I recieved such terrible service it was shocking, the cashier named Lucinda was unfriendly and spoke to me in the most disrespectful manner. As well as badmouthing previous customers infront of me, which was so unprofessional. I sent a complaint to Macdonalds, and they have still not responded. I would not recommed them to anybody after this bad experience.

Hello All I am complaining about the employees at McDonalds (Metropol, Carindale, Brisbane), having the inability to take orders correctly. Today I went to McDonalds and clearly said that I wanted 2 happy meals, a large crispy chicken meal, 2 large quarter pounder meals and a large Big Mac meal, I clearly said it to the person serving me at the counter...

McDonald's manager

I am a worker at the McDonald's on Walker Well we keep running out of products and now she is writing me up because I couldnt find a way to work. She is trying to say the schedule has been posted since Sunday and it has not been. I just found out what my schedule was yesterday. She has told me if I cant find a ride to work again then I am terminated. I dont appreciate that because my hours have regulary been 7-3 or 8-4 now im workin in the middle of the day. I would appreciate it if something was done about this.

McDonald's discrimination

I have been working for McDonalds for almost two years. I have been told im getting promoted but it never happens. My assistant manager started when i did?! I get write ups all the time and there not my fault.
For example. I taken orders in drive thur and the money which is my responsibility. If any is missing i have to pay it back. So today, March 31st 2011, a new manager in training gets a key, opens my drawer, and takes money from it. I asks him what is he doing. he tells me i overcharged someone, which i did im human i make mistakes. I tell him to make sure u ring it up as a refund so my drawer isn't short. He tells me he knows what he is doing. At the end of the day my drawer is $5 short and the gm threatened to fire me cause the new manager said i was being rude to him. So we have a little meeting with the gm assistant, and new guy after work and the new manager go off on me and tells me he doesn't have to tell me what he is doing in my draw and the gm agrees and lets the taunting continue. I just stood there and said okay to everything. Knowing no matter what i said i was wrong because of my color. Im the only one of my color in the whole store. The gm tells me all the time he doesn't like me and the assistant told me she wish i did come to work today. These are just a few things of what i go through everyday. I have no idea what to do.

I was recently hired by McDonalds and then was I was accused of inappropriate touching. One day as I was walking by my manager I touched him on the shoulder to let him know I was there to pass behind him because it was a very small area and I needed to get around him. He had dinner that night with his father(who owns the store) and said that he felt uncomfortable and the next day I was fired. Does anyone think I can do anything about this? Advise smb!

I walked into McDonalds and I was waiting in line to place my order. I had to wait in line for 5 minutes and there was only one other customer in front of me (I dont see what the hold was about, the customer was finished ordering). Then I placed my order and stepped aside. While I was waiting on my order which was just a McChicken and medium fries, there were 3 other people that placed their order and received their food before I did. I just stood there and watched, I started to get aggravated because I had been waiting for 10 minutes now. THATS REDICULOUS, I SHOULDNT BE WAITIN IN LINE FOR MY FOOD WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER BEFORE ANY OTHER PEOPLE. Then the cashier looks at me and says "what are you waiting on", I said "still waitin on the mcchicken, then he goes back and replaces my order, im like "WTF", thats rediculous! then he got it and I asked him, "is there onion and cheese on it?" he said "there should be", so I open it right in front of him and look and find that theres no onions and cheese, I told him I want a refund. During this whole time I was waiting I could see the manager trying to hide his face while he was laughing at my expense, and along with him, there were other employees laughin. And the reason for them doing is was the color of my skin, everyone there was black except me. So they felt nothing of it. This was the worst experience I've ever had and I do not entend to go back. I went to wendys and got food from there and believe me it was wayy better than this mcdonalds.

I would just like to say that i for one feel discriminated against for the way all McDonalds commercials are these days. The new commercial about the 365 days of black culture is going over board, i cannot remember the last time i have seen a caucasion or asian person or family as a representative of McDonalds. i just feel that there is some discrimination going on.

I was an employee for two rys.never had any problems until about three months ago when we got a new store manager, he stated cutting my hrs an told the owners secretary he didnt need someone four an five days a week doing my job duties but when im off he has others doing my exact job dutie.they released me an transfered me to another store but i feel discriminated agaisnt and is in the process of filing a suit..

I know the market is bad but find a new job. I don't mean to be rude but I am going to blame you for your situation. Not because you did anything wrong but because you tolerate it. You have rights no matter where you work. Just because you work at Mc Donald's does not mean that you don't deserve respect. If needed, you should file a complaint with the EEOC. If you don't stand up for your rights no one else will. You deserve better stand up for yourself. Find a new job and file a complaint.

I quit from the McDonald's in mcminnville, TN because almost all the managers in the store do drugs( meth, snort pills, smoke weed etc i have witnessed these things going on on the clock in the store) And I have had enough of it that ridiculous that this is going on, everyone knows about it the store manger and the district manager and nothing gets done about it .They verbally abuse employees yell at customers, argue this is not called for none of them need to be in the position that they are in and this store needs to be closed and the owner needs to clean house and it might get better. All of the other funderburk store are clean crew and managers work together and the stress seems so low wish i would have went to one of those first.

McDonald's customer service

I drive into the 24hr drive thru at Rutherford Mc Donalds to place my order, only to have the car in the merging lane cut in & call out abuse as i have slammed my breaks on. With a 3 yr old son that is disgusting behaviour & trying to explain those words to a 3 yr old is very hard. Follow her around to the window (as she is now in front of me) & watch her talk & giggle to the worker at the paying window, only to see her NOT pay for her order and drive around. I pay & continue to drive to the pick up window & see her talking abuse, pointing to my car behind her & having a good old giggle with the workers...Of which the worker then gave some degrading & filthy looks & gestures. I drive to the window as its my turn & have to worker yet again act like a teenage kid at high school so i ask to speak to the manager. who once i told what had happened said i am very sorry & will talk to my workers & the lady in the car ( as she knew the person). I then drive off with my purchase only to see they have given me a girls toy not a boy toy as requested, a problem we have quite often at Rutherford McDonalds. I walk back into the shop & give the manager the un opened toy and requested a boys toy. Only to have the manager say it was a little mistake.
What has come of the fast food service workers at Rutherford McDonalds? Not only do they give free food to their friends going through the drive thru but then they have a terrible customer service manner. Especially from a store manager. I will have to travel an extra 4 kms to the next nearest McDonalds, but from now on i will NEVER be going back to the Rutherford McDonalds. I am utterly disgusted & ashamed that a company who has so many stores all across Australia can hire such low respect people.
Now i have to come up with some way of explaining some terrible language to my 3 yr old son without having to tell him the real meaning. So thanks Rutherford McDonalds, I will now be passing on the story of my ordeal around my area & wont hesitate to let the people of Maitland area know how disrespectfull your workers & managers are.

I went to Rutherford mcdonalds and asked for an apple pie, a young worker ran up to the manager and said don't sell that I finish shortly and want it. The manager then turned to me and stated sorry we don't have any left, I said what about that one, the managers response was that's not for sale. It was appalling to say the least . I travell a lot for work throughout NSW and everytime I go to the Rutherford mcdonalds it is the extremely poor service with ridiculous waiting times it is easily the worst mcdonalds I have been to in new and management doesn't seem to care

McDonald's communication

I went to McDonalds this morning and ordered 2 steak & cheese bagels sandwiches with no eggs, yet i was charged for 2 folded eggs, When i brought it to the cashiers attention she did not know what i was talking about, so then i had to proceed and show the receipt to the manager. The point i want to get across is that several McDonalds are in the urban neighborhoods where the majority of the employees do not speak english nor do they understand english and neither does the manager. I am truly tired of going to these McDonalds spending my money and have to argue everyday because the cashier does not speak english.Something needs to be done about this and it is not just this McDonalds its the majoriy of them, If you running abusiness i thought satisfying the customer is first priority but it is not. These cashiers get mad start yelling and speaking in there language and now you have the manager not doing anything. If these Franchises cant have a fluent English speaking employee for those of us who are not bilingual then they should not be open.This problem needs to seriously be looked into.

McDonald's tripping hazard

There exists at this Mcdonald's restaurant a door-mat at the entrance (inside) that is tattered, torn and turned up in places, that is a very serious
tripping hazard. Many customers have commented on this hazard and are dismissed with the comment that " A new one is on order". Meanwhile
people with walking impairments and canes continue to face this danger to their well-being, and still voice their concern to management staff, to no avail. If someone trips and falls over this mat, it seems likely that the owner will face a very serious lawsuit, which will be lost at very substantial cost. Why cannot someone at that location simply
thr4ow the crumpled heap into the garbage and leave a bare floor in preference to this serious hazard ?

the worst delivery service i have ever encountered too..knowing the attitude that the people who works there have, even if we email a thousand mails, nothing will work...the excuse that the manager was completely not the case...he or she knows or ought to know that the workers are the ones delaying the delivery..how?by slacking out and smoking outside the restaurant by their bikes while the orders assigned to them had already been given..this is not just a mere statement, this is by first hand experience, seen by my own two eyes...its not just the delivery that disgrace the field of delivery by degrading and disrespecting consumer's rights..it is also the quality of the food delivered, all soggy and not frsh...totally a violation of consumer rights to good food and good service as promised.the company should altogether stop their services.

McDonald's delivery service is a joke. 4 out of 5 times I have submitted an order online, not only did the food never arrive, they have passed my order all around to different branches and the phone line keeps 'cutting off' during my calls, call centre Supervisors or Managers are rude even though they know the system is screwed up and blame me the customer for incomplete address or information when it has all been uploaded. When I asked to whom it can be escalated to and I seek to speak to a person face to face, they said it is not allowed. Why not? I wonder. Is it because they know they run a disgraceful service which cannot see the light of day? If they are in the right, I am more than willing to meet up in person and hear what they have to say but no, in typical Malaysian style it is dealt with by hiding and hoping incompetencies will go away. Golden Arches' shareholders probably don't know or just don't really bother as it is typical to sweep things under the rugs. Malaysia will never get customer service.

Sandakan Mc Donald was the worst branch I ever encountered. They don't provide grape jam for breakfast, they hide all the sugar, creamer...everything, they charge on soft drink refill, keep customers waiting
to order for very long because the order staff and 
preparing food staff are the same person. I arrived McD Sandakan today on 10.45am but reach my turn at 11am, they refuse to take in breakfast order anymore and I have to left because purposely bring kids to eat pancakes.
They also refuse to change order if we decided to order something else even we not yet finish ordering. They also cheated us that grape jam is chargeable 2 years ago when they stil providing. Even the nearest McD in Kota Kinabalu was way more better than Sandakan. Do you know that McD is an International chain stores, it is very disgraceful to run a chain stores business in such a lousy service and stingy way. Please look into the matter seriously and upgrade the standard back to international level. Attached was one of the very rude staff but upon complaining to in-house management, she even got promoted.

I want to complain regarding 1 of ur staff in Kelana jaya parkview mcdonalds. I when there yesterday during lunch time with my family and after i order i remember that the fish burger that i order i wanted them to cut into 2..so i told the lady who took my order ..and she strat to make noisy n told loudy to the worker at the kitchen.fish burger potong dua..dia baru bagi tau..i have already said sorry but the staff start to show dour face n not happy abt it.. once she gave me the burger..i told her i already said sorry n she dont need to be so rude... then she complain to her workmate abt it that also infront of me loudly...wat kinda of customer service attitude is that.. i also ordered frozen coke but was given fanta frozen without telling me that the frozen coke need to be defroze or anything..when ask she never said sorry or anything.. she makes sour face with ladies but with guys..so friendly..the moment she saw me taking her picture..she start to act friendly to others...plz send her for customer service training and teach to be more polite to her customers..people are paying not eating for free...hope some action will be taken...i will attach her pic at the facebook..

I want to complain about the service at MC Donald at JUSCO Maluri. Order on 06/12/2014 2.02 pm. After that 2.16 pm called from MC Donald due to Taro pie finish, change to Oreo MC Flurry. 3 pm still not yet arrive so call to MC Donald. Then the staff told me just now NO STAFF ! 10 min will arrive. now 3.35 pm still not arrive yet, call again to MC Donald. Now staff told me just went out! Are that your MC Donald delivery service? This was second time already, when will improve your service? Staff rude, slow service, ice-cream melted, burger cold...

I use go to Mc Donalds 3 or 4 times a month and would like to highlight on the slow service. Fast food means fast service and I finding its getting bad to worst. I went nearby my house Mc D at Kg Jawa Klang near to Giant last week and this week. I always order Value Meal and that only need less than 5 mins to serve a customer but it take at least 15 min to get my order. Once I place my order the cashier ask me to pay and wait at the corner and start taking next order. Don't you think it will be better clear the first customer by giving the food and than go for the next customer. This need to change or else you can start losing customers as you can see burger king burger also equivalent to Mc D and it won't take a much time customer always can go for next option. Mc D need to train crews how to deal with customers by good public relation and hospitality. Please make improvement for better service and this also good for the business by making customer happy

I am really put off by the cashiers of Mac Donalds Api-Api Centre, Kota Kinabalu.
1. The first time I waited for more than 5 minutes at an empty line not knowing that the counter is closed (there wasn't any indication). I thought the cashiers were just busy preparing food for customers. Until one of the helpers (not a cashier) requested me to cue in line! and then the cashier who served me was not friendly. I wowed not to go back to that outlet! Very unprofessional.
2. After a few months forgetting or rather forgiving the unfriendly treatment, I went back to the same outlet, and the cashier was still unfriendly. No smiles, as if I am asking for free services. She didn't ask me if I wanted regular or large coffee, and just assumed I wanted a regular. (ended she had to change) I wonder what happened to the regular she prepared. She sounded so impatient that I refrained from ordering a second set, and she said "enjoy your meal" so fast as if to chase me away. I actually drove 20 minutes to that outlet to buy a latte but was told the coffee counter opens only at 7am! I was so disappointed.
I suggest that Mac Donalds refresh the customer service courses to remind and teach staff to be more friendly and polite. At the current attitude, they are keeping customers away. I will not go back to that outlet again!

on 14-05-2014 around 1.55am order spicy chicken and filet o fish, after 10 minit pandah mewah cheras customer service call back tell me spicy chicken sold out, i just tell staff y i everytime order also call back then say sold out but at website is availble, manager call back also say sold out then let me know the reason is too much customer order then i just tell if 24 hour shop need keep enough stock, this month i order spicy chicken around few time but also reject order, last call for 1 girl customer service around 2 am then say staff misstake actually got stock, then regular customer order then need to cheat ?i also know staff at madonal keep the stock cos after work can bring back the food, delivery also got some problem, coca-cola send to my home ice changer to water already, then food also cool, we customer spend money buy food then eat like no quality food, dun forget we need pay more RM3 delivery fee, price also high more with we at madonal shop, very disappointed manger also too lousy, dont know how to mange pandan mewah this madonal, last my email is marco14349693@yahoo.com any problem and resulf pls contact me thx alot

Approximately 2300 Hrs on 16.01.2014 When my friend and I were taking a meal at "MCDONALD JALAN BUKIT BINTANG, KUALAMPUR .I had a bag beside me on the chair
.WHEN we finished our meal, we left the MCDONALD and I forgot to take my bag.While we were on our way back to our hotel, that was within 10 minutes of leaving i
realised that i had forgotted my bag in the MCDONALD restaurant.when we went back there i didn't find my bag there, so i asked the manager if he would have found my
bag there but he said nobody found my bag.one staff working there said that he saw my bag for sometime lying there but after sometime somebody took it.so i asked the
manager that if he can see the CCTV andtell me something about like who took my bag, he asked me to file an FIR report first.but even when i filed an FIR report he
said that he didn't had the password ofCCTV with him and promised me that he will definitely let me see the CCTV the next day.but when i went the other day he
answered the same that he didn't had the password with a rude tone and said me to come after 2-3 days .HE knew that i would have leave MALAYSIA till then.I also told
him that i had my passport in the bag then also in a rude tone he asked me to leave and to come after 2-3 days..i was very dissapointed as i had my passport, my
I-PAD, ect in my bag so i had to suffer alot to go back to INDIA.All I just wanted was to see the cctv but it looked like they were not ready to show it even after i
had the FIR report with me.

McDonald's length of time wait

I stopped last night for what I though would be a fast drive through for the kids and I - an i.c. Sunday. the wait time was terrible! Especially w/ the gas prices. There were not too many cars in front of me but it took forever. They use to ask prob orders to pull off to the side and wait - they should have done that. This is not the 1st time they were slow- they need to watch their order fill time better. The only time they are fast is at the lunchtime rush during the wk. Too bad they don't have that at all meal times. store 124, saturday, 7pm (3/26/11)

I stopped for lunch at noon today. I ordered a sandwich and a 'Smoothie". The sandwich was excellent as always. The Smoothie was an extremely poor quality product. 1. It was very small for the price of $2.29. 2. It has little to NO flavor and the color was toward gray rather than strawberry red. 3. It was watery from the ice melting in the drink...it did not measure up to the photo/advertising...IT JUST DID NOT MEASURE UP TO USUAL MC DONALD QUALITY.

I asked to see the manager to advise him/her about the low quality product. A sloppily dressed, very overweight person approached me and asked if I had a problem. I described the product I received to her. She responded with a very uninterested attitude, asked me if I did not like it and I said that it was very low quality. She repeated her question two more times, rather than treating like a valued customer with a concern. I saw that she had NO interest in me as a customer, as though I was a bother to her ... I felt I was wasting my time. I left the premises, dissatisfied with the product and the treatment I received by MacDonalds management representative.

I hope that you train management staff better than that one. My regard for the quality of the McDonald's organization dropped very low. There are many other places I can choose the next time rather than McDonalds.

Just because its the same at every Mcdonalds does not make it quality. Let me help you with the definition of quality below:

Quality- character with respect to fineness, or grade of excellence: food of poor quality; silks of fine quality.

Lets say you dont like Burger King hamburgers but they are the same everywhere you go, does that make them quality hamburgers?

I think that McDonald's is the last place a person should go or take their family. The corporate office has franchised out 85% or more of the restaurants to different owners and operators. Therefore, you don't know what to expect when you visit a McDonald's location. You will most certainly get some kind of poor customer service. I have experienced bad attitudes, poor quality of food, cross contamination of food, unclean restaurants, and just unprofessional managers and employees. I would have to say that people need to start taking their money elsewhere to make McDonald's improve in their weak areas of customer service and quality. I will not be visiting another McDonald's.

McDonald's wrong orders and uncalled for behavior

I've been to mcdonalds 9 times this year and all at the same location; and 7 of those times my order was wrong or food was missing. 2 days ago, they messed up again. I got tired of having to come back in after ordering food, so I angrily approached a cashier and demanded to speak with the manager. I finally talk to her and I said exactly this: "what is your guy's problem?!? I'm getting sick and tired of having to come in and get my order corrected!". In response, here's what she does, laughs at me and then walks off. I went back the next day to get her name to report her the the head manager if that mcdonalds-after getting said info I called the customer complaint department. No answer, left my name, number, area of restuarant; and no still no one called back yet. Yesturday, I find out that the head manager is that rude manager's husband! I can still complain about her, but that's not going to do no good because the head manager refuses to report her. Is there anything I can do?!? I am so close to start taking legal action against this situation that in a way disables my right to the 1st amendment. I want to file a complaint against her uncalled for behavior and no one is taking any action whatsoever

sounds to me like you are a rude customer which the would not mind losing as a customer so go cry to someone else about you spazz attack not being properly responded to, its not their job to take care of adult babies. Your going t sue because someone was rude to you how do you think attempting to get money off them will make you whole again lol just stop going there if your that mad and look up their complaint number it shouldnt be all that difficult to find, and enjoy your free happy meal or whatever you get from this traumatic experience.

McDonald's burned seniors hand to get social security no.

Ester [protected]) early in the morning I was burned by McDonalds' fresh brewed coffee. Urgent care and doctors were seen. McDonalds' insurance did not pay my expenses(no S.S. no. was required) McDonalds Insurance waited after a year telling me that they will give me $400. if I give them my S.S. number. I refused; telling them that I have the right to protect my privacy... McDonalds can not burn senior's hand to get their S.S. no. for $400. McDonalds must pay my medical bills without my S.S. number; I said... but
I never received a dime after the incident and McDonalds had closed my case...

The hot coffee was pour by McDonalds employee from the coffee pot directly to my hand. Can you imagine that if some one pour fresh brew coffee directly to the palm of your hand instead took the cup from you and pour it somewhere else...

COFFEE IS HOT. DUH. Common sense! Even though the cups have 'CAUTION HOT' written on them, You'd still be complaining if you thought your coffee was too cold so just shut up and quit blaming others for your own stupidity!

McDonald's bad fruit & yogurt parfait

I purchased 2 fruit and yogurt parfaits and upon starting to eat one the fruit was very mushy and and taste spoiled. I check the date on the bottom and it seems that someone scribbled over the original date with a pen and changed it to todays date. This is not exceptable and I feel that you should give the same service you would want when you and your family go out to eat.

McDonald's very unpleasant employee at my local mcdonalds

The location is in Murfreesboro, TN. I arrived at the drive-thru about ten minutes before closing time and order a quarter pounder and a filet-o-fish sandwich combo. I made my first stop at the first window and paid for the food.

I then proceeded to the second window to pick up my food.

When I arrived at the second window, I was informed that they had no more filet-o-fish sandwiches. The female employee then handed me a bag with only the quarter pounder in it and walked away from the window.

I had to knock on the window and ask for my money back. I asked her if I could get something else instead of the filet-o-fish and she told me that they were now closed. She also asked me if I would like my food cooked.

I did not understand this question until another employee approached the window. He explained to me that they had plenty of filet-o-fish sandwiches, but the female employee did not want to take the time to cook the sandwich.
