I requested maxis taman molek JB to port out my postpaid mobile phone nos [protected] immediately by settling payment RM 94.35 due date in 14/06/2026. for the balance charges from 15/06/2026 till 18/06/2026 was unknown as told by maxis officer in 18/06/2026.
The maxis officer suggested me to pay RM20 as advance payment for port out /terminate Maxis service immediately and wait for Maxis SMS instruction & I refused to pay advance payment and demanded to pay actual balance charges only. And on the same same I successfully registered with Umobile with the same [protected] phone nos. And the same Maxis nos immediately offline and not able to use.
Unfortunately ,after waited for 10 days, no SMS received from Maxis and i went to Maxis Tmn Molek office again in 29/06/2026 and another maxis officer tested the [protected] simcard with another phone and received the SMS message and she simply put the blame that my old Samsung galaxy 8+ phone is damaged. I tried to explane to her that my Samsung phone has no problem as my 2 simcards in the same phone able to get data and used it as normal with my Redone Sincard all the while. The Maxis officer this time suggested me to pay advance RM94
in order Maxis to deduct to balance charges and will refund the balance advance payment after 60 days and I refused as I told the maxis officer I did not use any maxis data and make any phone call since 18/06/2026.
Your maxis officer told me that my [protected] maxis line is still active and im not able to port out Maxis service immediately and just wait for Maxis SMS again.
Please help me to settle the Maxis problems once for all as I expect the port out of Maxis service able to settle within 24 hour in 18/06/2026
