I recently put in a price match guarantee and they say they will match it at a 5% discount, and they accepted mine. I called customer support and gave them my credit card info and asked to change the length on order from a 179cm ski to a 186cm ski, the lady on the phone was very quick and professional and easy to understand. I then rethought my decision to get a 186cm ski and then sent a text message and asked for them to change it back to 179cm, less than 10 minutes later, boom, order changed, the customer service was incredible and I highly recommend using them

I made my first purchase from Evo buying a snowboarding bib just before 2018. I'm the type to shop thoroughly for quality products, as I really don't like having to do it over again after a product I paid for fails to meet my expectations. That snowboarding bib proved to be a great purchase, and now, shopping for quality knee pads, here I am again.

I've recently purchased my Patagonia Dirt Roamer Storm Pants and Jacket and this is the best bicycle gear I've ever had. The attention to detail in both pieces is impressive. They are made from durable, waterproof materials that have held up well in even the toughest conditions. I also want to appreciate the fast delivery and will definitely order again!

I ordered a pair of snowboarding boots, I put the wrong zip code... They were returned, I called the customer service line at UPS, completely useless. But, my first call to Evo was great, she was nice and tried everything to intercept the return and correct the address. That did not work, the day I saw that the boots reached their warehouse, I called spoke with a young man, told him my mistake and it took him 5mins to get the address corrected and the warehouse to send them right back out! We got them within a few days! I will definitely buy more from them, because of those two customer service reps who were not even upset that this was completely my error, and took care of it.

Very informative site! I knew exactly what thickness of wetsuit to buy by looking up Oregon Central Coast water temperatures on another site because of your thickness recommendation charts. The sizing charts also helped with the mystery. If I had gone with my dress size my suit would have been too small. Thank you so much! I am moving back to the coast, this time to Florence Oregon and this 5/4/3 mm suit will allow me the flexibility to swim in both the ocean and many pristine lakes year round. I used to swim in 50 degree water off of Port Townsend Washington with just a bathing suit but could never stay in for more than 30 minutes. This is going to revolutionize my water time!

Easy to browse site and easy to order. I received my order on the day it was expected after contacting UPS regarding an email saying that the item was delivered and left at the front door in the morning. The package had not been delivered as stated by UPS and was subsequently delivered around 7pm that evening. Other than the problem with UPS I am pleased with my raincoat. It fits as expected and the size guide provided by Evo was very helpful and accurate. The color is slightly different than the representation on the Evo website but overall I am pleased with the item. It is very well made and a great value. I am happy to have received it in time for my trip where a raincoat will be needed.

The website is well designed and easy to search. I did find the prices are a bit higher, but I went with Evo for 2 reasons (1. My buddies all highly recommend & 2. Price Match). I'm not sure how to get the price match. I tried clicking "click to chat" but it wasn't working and didn't have time to call. Easy to navigate webpage , lots of variety from top brands. Always find what I want. The guys in ski boot fitting at the store in Seattle were great. When I got my new skis I wanted to buy a new pair of boots. They had 3 options for my foot shape but my size was sold out. They still took the time to go over what I wanted and made sure I left with all the info I needed to find a boot online or at a different store. Eventhough they were not going to make a sale, they still took the time with me and were very imformative and helpful.
Found the boots they reccomend that night online and they are perfect. I will come back for a footbed mold at the store.
This store is usually pretty busy and the employees are working hard taking care of all the guests. Everyone working in the seattle store is super nice and takes there time to make sure you leave stoked.

I have been an Evo customer for years now, and they really just do an incredible job. I mean I have purchased a ton of stuff from them if there is ever an issue or even just a question I have, they are on the spot with their customer service. Every small issue I have ever had (very rare) was fixed super quick and they often go above and beyond to assure customers are happy. They often have great sales on plenty of items on their really well laid out website. Not to mention the number of excellent articles about gear of all types along with sizing charts and overall just an amazing one-stop-shop for everything outdoors. I absolutely love Evo and the Evo team! There is really no way to explain how truly excellent these guys are, you just got to see it for yourself. Even the little details are to a whole nother level above everyone else. I really can't share enough praise for this company.

This was my first purchase from Evo.Com. When I received my new board, it unfortunately had some minor damage to the outer frame. This purchase was the first wakeboard I personally have ever owned, up to this point I have used rentals and friends boards. I reached out to Evo via email with my concerns to the minor damage. I wanted to know if it was something to truly be concerned about or if it was more cosmetic and everything would be fine. Through the entire process the Evo team was extremely professional and quite honestly, some of the best customer service I have ever received. They spent the time walking through the damage with me, giving me options of what I could do and never made me feel like I was being "dramatic" about it.

All in all, I would like to say "Thank you" again to the evo team for this amazing experience. I am super stoked about owning my own gear now and can't wait to start riding.

Terrible, the worst e-commerce experience ever. I ordered for my kid on 11-25-2022, which they indicated it will be delivered by 12-07-2022. Now it's 12-16-2022 but it's not even shipped yet - keep showing it's ready to ship. I called them several times, the machine answers they're very busy so don't accept calls then disconnected. I emailed their customer service several times. First time they answered and said the product is not available (still, they are shown available on the website) and requested should cancel or receive a replacement skis, so asked what would be the replacement - brand, model, price etc. No answer until now. So requested cancel the orders and refund them. No answers again yet. They're full of lies (still selling the products online they don't have), they're stealing (by not shipping, not delivering for weeks, not refunding). They're seriously something wrong. Don't buy there. I'm sure I'm not the only one experiencing this currently. They don't have the skis that they show online. And they keep lying and no reply.

I bought a jacket online. It arrived, I tried it on. I decided that I didn't like it. I returned it. I was already annoyed that I had to pay for shipping again on the return. I never got any update that it was received. Thankfully I had package tracking on the item, so once I saw that it was delivered I reached out to inquire about my email.
I was told by a rep that they take forever to process returns, therefore I should get my refund in about a week. (paraphrasing) I waited. No refund came. No further information came.

I had to reach out AGAIN to inquire about my refund. I got a very long response about how the tags were missing and the item was worn. As I mentioned, I put the jacket on for 10 seconds and put it back in the box. Clearly the top notch stocking staff damaged the item. They offered to either return the item back to me or refund me 70%.

So at this point I was livid, not only did I already wast about 20 dollars on shipping at this point, now they decided to keep even more of my money because their staff likes to blame customers for their mistakes. I wrote them a very angry email and immediately got my refund. How funny how quickly that happened.

This was the first and last time I ever purchased anything from EVO.

I had an evo car for 34 days back to back and paided every day sometimes twice a day... then after paying 400 out of my account which was suppose to be a payment of 300 they took and extra 100... then the following morning I call evo to ask what my. Balance is as I had to transfer over 3 times to a new evo cause their cars kept breaking down on me or getting a flat tire everytime I start it! So then I call as I said. And the guy tells me there 517$ balance on my rental I said thats wrong u guys just took 400 yesterday I said do not put that through its wrong... so he tells me he's going to read comments on my file he will get back to me its Friday my bday so I relax a bit and say sure no problem... 5 mins later he comes back on the line and says. So looks like the payment went through... I said I just told u not to put that through its the wrong amount... he's says oh I'm so sorry let me see what I can do puts me in hold... manager gets on and says I understand how u feel but there ls nothing I can do as it will take 3 -5 days to show up in your account so I get really mad as that was all the money I had for the weekend and its my bday... so I tell the manger he needs to figure something out they left me broke all weekend... so manager calls me back 10 mins later and says... so I talked with my people and this is what were going to do for to you, were going to postpone your pre billing for ya till Monday. Only because they took my money and I couldn't pay then till they fixed there mistake they didn't say sorry they didn't do nothing... oh wait im wrong they ask for another 400 $ no joke

I don't regret I paid extra money for getting a tracking number and now I will say why.
I bought pants from them, received and put them on. They looked terrible on me, so I decided to return them. I contacted customer service to get their help regarding this question. They said that the shipping back lies on my shoulders and will never be refunded. Ok, it's bad, but there was nothing else to do. And I also paid extra for tracking information to make sure I won't be scammed. So 5 days after they received it according to my information I contacted them again to find out how was everything going. They said they haven't received anything. I asked them to check their information carefully. They called me back and said the same. It's been 20 days since my pants were delivered to the vendor and they keep saying they hadn't received anything, even though someone signed up for the package...
