Mavis Discount Tire review: Wasted trip

Scheduled online to have my brakes checked, tires rotated, and shocks and struts checked. I have a 20-year-old car and was experiencing some brake grabbing on the left front tire. Technician (if you want to call her that) checked my battery, added washer fluid, supposedly checked my brake reservoir. Removed my tires, looked at the brakes, and placed my tires right back on in the same location. According to Technician she switched the tires from front to back, last time I understood a tire rotation should be front to back and opposite sides, meaning crisscrossing them. Didn't happen. Told brakes were okay. Unable to do struts or shocks, mechanic not on duty today. Wasted trip, didn't accomplish anything. If you're a shop, shouldn't you have a mechanic on duty to do repairs. Wasted my morning, nothing got repaired or really checked. Will never recommend Mavis Tire to anybody... Jim R.
