I had a tire replaced on the rear driver side of my Kia, the kids and I were on our way to an outing and decided to take the interstate, got up to 70mph, not two miles of me being on the interstate all of a sudden my car started to shake violently, and make some thumping noise. I pulled over to see that a Lug Stem and Nut were gone it had broke off, then the next lug stem was broken off into the hub, just hanging around in it with the lug nut, and the remaining three lug nuts were so loose that I was able to remove them with my hands without a sweat.
The tire almost came off of the car due to them not cross tightening the lug nuts. they just put them on and did not tighten them when the car was finally dropped down off of the lifts, and now they are making up [censored] lies saying that they did not even change that tire, that they changed the passenger side, and that they took off two of the passenger side, I asked why did they take off two tires when all I needed was one tire requested?
Desired outcome: I would like for the hub to be replaced for them to honor the cost of it, and acknowledge that what they did and failed to do could have cost the lives of people or caused bodily harm.
