Mavis Discount Tire review: Tire changes

I made an appointment online for 1:00pm, we came early to make sure we were on time and we sat for 2hours past our initial appointment time. the lazy man that was just walking around and shaking his head as if he didn't want to be there or fixing tires. was going to work on my vehicle had to go to lunch so they didn't take my vehicle for another 30-40 minutes. and taking other customers ahead of us in all taking 5 n half hours to change my tires. this is uncalled for and when u make an appointment u should honor it.
