It's sad to expressed my experience
02/24/22 I had a flat tire RIGHT REAR side) and location where I leave. I called my car insurance vendor came it was snowing heavy. The gentleman from towing company explained to me the stud was not in place. Which same side when I went to Mavis fairview hudson last November 2022 to change my rotor and breakpads.
Vendor from towing company advised to tow the car not safe to drive to Mavis in Fairview.

I am angry, and very disappointed.
Mavis hudson management always change and it never been better.
As a consumer I'm always nervous, going there to see what will be the next problem?
I prefer to go Mavis in Kingston even it's a drive but that evening no choice.
When I picked up my car, I went to mavis and how did associate greeted me?
Oh yes CrV 2012 your total is $1008.83 while I know it's 108.83 because of the tire.
And are you serious? You know I'm NOT a happy consumer and you will joke around?
What if this happened to you?
Your family member?
What if I drove a long distance and this happened?
Accident ?
If Mavis only did what they supposed to do from November this should NOT happened
And if accident occur? What the company will say? Sorry? We apologize?
No! you're business what's consumers money but the service is not worth it.
It gave me a lot of problems.
I had to missed my work the next day.
I didn't get paid. And my time was wasted.
I want assurance how can a consumer will be comfortable to get service from Mavis hudson. I want you to call the vendor and they will tell you what really happened that evening.
