Mavis Discount Tire review: Poor service

I arrived at Mavis Tire Store# 0888 around 9:15am Tuesday morning 10/07/2025 for tire repair. Assistant manager told me that there was only 1 person ahead of me and they were getting a tire rotation and is shouldn't be long. At 9:30am a gentleman with no name tag pulled my car into the bay then went into the restroom until 10;00am. He started on my car around 10:05am and finished at 11:05am. All that time to only patch 1 tire.

I asked for the gentleman's name and was told his name was Andrew!
Andrew moves very slow and acts as if he doesn't want to be there.
