Mavis Discount Tire review: Poor service

I had a tire repaired at the Mavis location in Glenolden Pa. on September 18, 2025. I have tire warranty coverage but was unaware I needed prior approval to be reimbursed. I asked for someone from Mavis to call the warranty company and explain what work was performed. I spoke with Jim who said he would call, which he never did. I left several messages for Jim and was told he would call me back but I never received a call. As a result I will not be getting reimbursed.
