Had the oil changed at Store #865 @4285 Ogeechee Rd Savannah GA. Couple of months later, my oil light came on and I checked my oil. No oil in the vehicle. Checked under and there was oil leaking in puddles. Had a friend take me to get oil and filled the the vehicle back up. Took it to the Mavis I had the oil changed and was told since it is leaking oil, they can't work on it. Took it to the Honda dealer and they stated the oil filter had not been installed correctly and was gradually working its way loose and leaking oil since it had been installed. They had to change the oil again; steam clean the engine and undercarriage, costing me additional money. I contacted the Mavis Manager at the Ogeechee store, Mr. Aaron Williams and he said we should have brought into them sooner. WE DID NOT KNOW THEY HAD DONE SHOODY WORK UNTIL THE OIL LIGHT CAME ON. He then told me to call someone named Adrian at the Montgomery Cross Savannah location. When I went to see Adrian, he no longer worked there. Come to find out, Adrian was just another store manager and not in a position to assist me. However, Joe the current person at that store contacted Hunter, the Regional Manager, who was suppose to call me regarding the issue. Never called. I contacted Joe again and after HE contacted Hunter Sallila, I was assured Mr. Sallilla would call me back that night. STILL NOT CALL FROM THE REGIONAL MANAGER. Everyone at Mavis is giving me the run around and no one wants to address their issue with my vehicle. I have been lied to, giver false information and no one CARES. This is the second issue I have had with MAVIS this year. NEVER AGAIN.
Recommendation: I WILL NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. SECOND ISSUE IN A FEW MONTHS.
