About 3 weeks ago I bought 4 tires from the cedartown Georgia location. I let the alignment and they didn’t get steering wheel straight. Took back then they left off both sides of dial pins that caused truck to knock and be unsafe. I had to take to Chevrolet and they explain why it was knocking. I reached out to manager on 7/27/25 and he has yet to call me back. He said he would wha it takes. He is a liar
Claimed loss: I loss 130.00 for alignment and 500. 00 to get fixed
Desired outcome: I want 500.00 to cover my loss
