Took my car for tires, spoke with April Brown to order tires, when I got the car she put Snow Tires on a BMW 335i in South Carolina, really snow tires in South Carolina. The one tire was mounted backwards; didn't install the valve stem caps, seriously scratched the wheels, bolt a lug bolt, total mess. It was like dealing with a bunch of fools that had no clue what they are doing.
Claimed loss: Damaged Wheels, broken lug bolts, wrong tires, wasted time $2,000
Desired outcome: I really think one of two things are in order, either give me a full refund or give me a serious discount on a new set of tires for a future purchase

Snow tires in South Carolina on a 335i is straight-up clown-level incompetence. Mounting one backwards and wrecking your wheels just seals it — they treated your car like a test dummy. Demand they fix every bit of damage or cover the cost elsewhere, because this wasn’t just sloppy — it was reckless.
