Took car in for a brake pad job in December of 2025. This week my dash in car told me brake pads were at 14% and need to be checked. My husband called Mavis this weekend to see about the issue and they gave us the run around. This Moring took it into another automotive place, and my brake pads were installed were switched on wrong side of car and the sensor was rubbing the rotors. They could have killed us if my brakes would have failed. I am very upset and now have to pay for new rotors and brake pads because Mavis didn't know what they are doing!

Claimed loss: 700.00 for bad brake job

Desired outcome: I would like a refund.
