i called the north syracuse store for a car that they have worked on before wanted to find out about a catalytic converter replacement a simple 2005 chevy classic i was told they didnt have a replacement he couldnt find it and tried to tell me that it has 3 converters it is a 2.2 has 1 converter i called and gave a very specific code some [people do know what they are talking about got tired of being on hold called yur Liverpool store and they told me that couldnt give exhaust quotes out over the phone i would have to bring it in how is it i can call one store get what i need for information and another store tells me i gotta bring it in everytime i go to the north syracuse store yur computer system seems so antiquaited seems like i gotta give information that should already be in yur system considering i used to go there when ever i needed service on my car yur people are pretty non chalant making me think twice about using mavis anymore

In lakewood I went to mavis yesterday n they couldnt fix my tire n said I had to wait til tuesday for a free tire sine I have the maintance on all my tires. I then went to mavis today to rt 37 in toms river nj n they couldnt do anything either n then I drove to mavis in south toms river n the manager wanted me to pay 90 dollars n he couldnt give me a free tire cause he would lose money on a free tire. So why do I have the package on all tires n nothing can be done?

Hello. I have had the worst customer service ever with Mavis. I've scheduled 2 appointments that couldn't be honored. The first was rescheduled to this morning. A rep name K.D. reassured me that I would be 1st since I had to reschedule my appointment from last week. I got up on my day off to make sure I was there by 7:45 for my 8am appointment. The door was still locked at 8. Around 8:17 I decided to call customer care because no one was there still. The woman phoned the regional manager and told him that I was waiting and it was a repeat attempt. She assured me that I would be next in line and told me if they couldn't accommodate to call back and they would honor the promo and move my appointment to a location of my choice. I went back to the location and the line of customers were lined up inside and outside the store. There was only one counter clerk and when I tried to get his attention nothing happened. I spoke to the technician and asked for a manager and he told me he didn't know who that was because it was his first day. At this point I decided to call customer care back and was put on hold and then after a few minutes it fed me to an answering machine. I proceeded to call back 3 more times and I still couldn't reach anyone. It would put me on hold and then send me to voice-mail or drop the call even though it said I was number one in the queue. My issue was I wanted to make sure I got my service with the promotion was still running, now I've wasted two of my mornings, still haven't been addressed or taken care of and the customer service has been the worst I have had when it comes to car care. I would never recommend Mavis to anyone in search of service if this is how the company conducts business. This disregard for customers time has truly been unmatched.

My car and the connection of my starter
My name is alesia and i was told not once not twice but three times that the staff was short if mechanics every time i asked if my car and me and my husband paid $406 on may 5th 2021 for parts and labor and within a week in a half later were are back in the same position with no running car not connection...we were told by the( thedore location mechanic )that this car has a recall on the issue thats causing it not to crank and i contacted the ford company here in mobile and gave my vin number there were no open recalls on my car...im very disappointed and im out if $406 and my vehicle is still disable its not my problem if mechanic staff is short and its not my problem to find the broken issue on my car that what i paid them to do the first time now its excuses every time i call and ask why they cant solve the issue of my car not starting ..thus is ridiculous

We own a 2005 Cadillac Escalade we bought new and has over 295000 miles on it. In Feb 2021,
Mavis on Hwy 20 in Canton Georgia put new Shocks front and rear and ride was worse than before they replaced Shocks. We returned several times and nothing resolved the problem. A friend of ours found the real problem never was the Shocks, but instead all 4 "stop bump" devices were completely worn out and missing, but Mavis never ever detected that. So a $1547 repair bill should have been $100.
Desired outcome: Our $1547 refunded plus any pain and suffering money you feel we are entitled to for this 3 month grueling ordeal.

i had four tires put on a2015 silverado, club cab. tech rubbed against a black truck on secound door, drivers side.im guessin this happend taking truck out .it is very tight between door and lift post.you have to step on the mounted step to get in the truck its slightly lifted.put a scracth lenght of door.you can see were they started low and stepped up by fallowing the scracth.
i keep this truck maticulusly clean, but i was caught in the rain.you can also see where they wiped the overspray off the truck as it was scratched.
this is a blacked out full size truck.
very disapionted every time i get in it, because i see this scracth when i get in it
im not getting any resutls on this situation.they act like thy could care less about my situation.truck cost me 50k, and i didnt cause this. at least ive learned to do a walk around before i leave. would really like this adressed.

In September 2020, I purchased a new set of Pirelli tires from Mavis. They were almost $1000. I also paid for an alignment. As soon as I pulled out onto the highway after purchasing the tires, my car was shaking. I called them back and made an appointment to bring it back. They kept my car all day, I picked it back up and left. Again the car was shaking really bad. I called them back, they couldn't see me and said go to another store in Huntsville. I called and made an appointment with that store, took my car in, they kept it all day. They told me that the car had never been aligned even though I paid for the alignment at the other store so they did an alignment on the car. Each time I took my car in they all verified the vibration/shaking but kept saying they really didn't know what was wrong. My car never had this shaking/vibration before I had those new tires put on. So I picked up the car again and still it was shaking. I called and made an appointment to bring it back and I took it back and they kept it all day again. I was pretty much told I would have to live with the vibration/shaking. 😳 Now seven months later I am still dealing with this vibration/shaking and it's even worse. I called and made an appointment to take it back to the Mavis tires in Madison. I took it in on Friday they kept it all day Friday and never called me, I had to call them twice. They had not even looked at my car so I left it overnight and they kept it all day on Saturday. They never called me so I just went to pick my car up right before they closed and they still had not looked at my car. The manager Michael told me to bring it back in on Sunday and they will take a look at it. I called on Sunday morning and Michael was off and Alex told me that they were booked and could not see me at all. So now I'm fed up and I guess I will have to file a complaint and or lawsuit against them. Oh and did I mention I called the regional and he sent me back to Michael the store manager?
Their customer service is awful! They do not know how to schedule people! You can't just leave your car up there for days and they don't even take a look at it! They cannot keep employees! I wonder what that's about? My car did not shake when I first pulled in to Mavis to get new tires! 😡😡😡

I’m so nervous, I bought two new tires through Amazon and am scheduled to have the tires installed at mavis on Sunday. I just need new front tires installed. My car has no other issues. It doesn’t shake or vibrate or anything else. They had better not pull any shady [censored] or I’m going to lose my cool.

Had a flat tire and put the spare on... Got home and made an apt to get new tires installed the next day at noon last Thursday, 4/8/2021. Checked in... They said about an hour and a half. 3/7/21 an oil changed was performed by Mavis on my 2017 Subaru WRX STI. 3 weeks later, all the dashboard alert lights come on. After immediately bringing the car to the dealership, the technician indicated the lights were from overfill of oil. I call mavis and talk to store manager Bill. He says thats not possible and the tech was lying. Told me they watched the video from that day and the employee put in correct amount. I never saw video. The aggressiveness, accusatory, condescending manor of management was unnecessary and uncalled for. And coming from someone as the store manager is a real shame how to speak and overall treat their patrons. As I was trying to resolve the issue, they just told me Subaru was wrong and they werent at any fault.

Issues
Went to get 4 tires installed plus alignment. After work was done it was a grinding noise coming from front end of vehicle. On top of that issue they cause another issue with the ABS and traction control system. My vehicle didn't have any issues before then. They didn't fix the issues, just told me to take it elsewhere. Would not recommend to take your vehicle to them unless you have no choice. I believe they could've rectify the issues instead of trying to sweep it underneath the rug.. I'm really frustrated especially waiting for 7 hours

I took a brand new rim into a store here in Acworth Ga. Was told after an hour is was cracked , my opinion it was cracked by the tire installer.

[protected] This was the store I went to, I took a brand new rim fresh out of the box to your store to have a tire installed . I was told it would take a half an hour to get it done so I left. Called your store 30 min later and was told they had not gotten to it yet, ( the store was not busy when i dropped off the rim people were standing around in the service bays) I called back another 45 min later to be told by Kenny who claimed to be a manger that the rim was broke and they could not install the tire on the rim, I told him it takes 5 min to install a tire on a new rim and they were stalling to try and come up with a story to why the rim was broken. I told him I wanted to speak with his manger and I hung up and proceeded to drive back to your store. Upon arrival I was greeted by Kenny in the lobby who proceeded to chastise me for my tone of voice and his manager was standing there and I tried to speak with her, she proceeded to walk away from me. Kenny took me in the garage to show me the rim, I proceeded to tell him the rim was not damaged when I brought it in. He got in my face and said loudly ( as if to intimidate me) WE DIDN'T BREAK YOUR [censored]ING RIM. I told him I thought we were not raising our voice, he stuck his chest out as to intimidate me and said we aren't in the lobby with customer now. He then said you don't raise your voice to me almost felt threatened by him. I told him i wanted something in writing from him with your letterhead on it and corporate phone number. I grabbed my old rim and new rim loaded it in my car, Kenny brought me a hand printed note on a piece of scratch paper with no store information and no phone number. I asked him what the corporate number was, he told me to look it up. As I went to pull out of the parking lot i saw the people in the garage all laughing like they got over on me. The Rim I purchased was for 2016 Nissan Sentry SR 10 spoke 17x61/2 inch you can guess how much that cost me . Now I have to purchase another one. I worked in the service Industry for years and the way this was handled was a nightmare. I your other stores operate with the lack of professionalism I experienced there good luck. I know I will be sharing my story anywhere I can. I will not be back to your store . I thought you might like to know but in the background of my mind I really think Customer service is a thing of the past. No one takes responsibility for there own action anymore it is always some one else's fault.
Desired outcome: My new Rim paid for because your store cracked it.
