Picking out a dog bed for my puppy I realize there were two prices on the bed when I reached customer service to cash out. I was told that the higher price is what I would have to pay. I asked to speak to the store manager on duty that night when the store manager approached me he blatantly said how do I know someone didn’t put this price on the bed I’ve never been more humiliated and insulted in my life. I’ve always been a big fan of shopping at Marshalls for myself, my children and my grandchildren being that they worked there for many years but to encounter this type of customer service from the store manager on duty that night, John, I feel that you need to revisit your manual and let them know how to handle customers with better professionalism and courtesy this really sadness me because it makes me feel that I don’t want to be in that store for the upcoming holidays. Even customers in line were shocked on how his unprofessionalism Was handled towards Me. And it was only a difference of three dollars between the prices Marshalls you’ve got to do better you can do better. I hope you do better thank you.
