Marriott International – Got cheaper room than I paid for

I got a cheaper room than I paid for. I booked their most expensive room in one of their hotels, one with a "premium view". The view was a view of a roof with HVAC equipment, etc. Also housekeeping never came by.

You can see that they don't actually reserve the room you book. When you look at their booking site, and change the dates vs. type of room, their website says all of their rooms are available on any day. Clearly this is not possible. This means that they don't reserve rooms when you book. They will just give you whatever room they want when you arrive, not the one you paid for.
