bait and switch promise
I was sent an e-mail from all inclusive outlet saying I had $ credits to use at the resort as follows, $ 280 credits for excursions, $200 credits at spar, $100 credits at golf etc, etc. Once at the resort, I was told this was not true, I would only receive % discounts. The resort wrote that the travel agency was wrong and misleading.
