We are writing to formally express our deep dissatisfaction with the overall dining experience.
The conduct of the hotel restaurant staff was wholly unacceptable, reflecting a clear lack of courtesy, attentiveness, and professionalism. The quality of the food was substandard, with minimal variation available. Several food stations were left empty and were not replenished adequately after the initial service. The items that were available were insufficient in quantity and failed to meet even the most basic expectations of a hotel of this standard.
Further, despite clearly informing the staff that our reservation was made under the Marriott employee privilege scheme with the applicable 50% discount, there was an attempt to charge us an additional amount. Such conduct is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns regarding staff competence and integrity.
We also lodged a complaint through the designated hotline; however, even up to date, there has been no response, acknowledgement, or even a courtesy call from the hotel. This is shameful and reflects extremely poor customer service.
Considering the price charged, the entire experience was grossly overpriced, not commensurate with the quality provided, and far below the standards expected of a reputed hotel establishment.
We will not be visiting this establishment again, nor will we recommend it to anyone hereafter. The attempt to charge additional money despite the confirmed entitlement to the applicable discount, together with the poor treatment of customers and the unacceptable conduct of the employees, raises serious concerns.
We reserve the right to lodge a formal complaint with the Consumer Affairs Authority, together with the relevant bills, records, and video evidence of the employees’ conduct.
In conclusion, this experience was deeply disappointing. The service, food quality, and overall attitude displayed by the staff were unacceptable. We trust that appropriate steps will be taken to address these serious shortcomings and to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Even the employee failed to return the 50 % cheese cake piece i purchased for 4000/-. Where i can buy a entire cheese cake from other hotel for 4000/- where your hotel offered a [censored]ty tiny piece of cake.
Desired outcome: full refund for the worthless displeasure evening.
