[Resolved] Makro Store Strubens Valleydefy slimline solid plate hob serial [protected]

Our technician bought the Defy slimline at Makro Store Strubens Valley, Roodepoort, South Africa. Since the items is not working.

He contacted Makro in the beginning of June 2019 and according to them, DEFY should send a technician to change it. Since he never received any call from any Defy technician neither from Makro Strubens Valley.

Can someone assist me with this issue? Because I'm the final victim in this game. Seating with a DEFY stove that only one plate is working.

He bought it in February 2019, with Makro card [protected]
