Makro Online review: Beparthen cream

I placed an order online on the 1 October 2026 and received an SMS that the item has been handed over to the courrier for delivery. I have followed up with Makro telephonically as well as communicated via their whatsapp chat requesting that they rather refund as they are unable to trace the order with no success except contradicting feedback. Since i no longer require the cream i have ordered , I requested a refund and was advised that they will refund as soon as the item ordered is back with the supplier :( No attempt was made to deliver the item CAN MAKRO PLEASE PAY BACK MY MONEY:( Waiting for nearly a month to be delivered is notr providing customer service.
