Dear M&M Management Team,
I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the current management and operational standards of the [Office at BB Tower Bangkok Thailand]. Specifically, I would like to highlight ongoing issues regarding the Office Manager’s lack of physical presence and the resulting communication breakdown with suppliers and partners.
The following points outline the critical issues:
Absence of On-Site Management: The Office Manager is consistently absent from the office, citing a flexible "work from home" arrangement. However, this has led to a lack of a direct point of contact for professional inquiries and supplier relations.
Improper Delegation: In place of professional handling, essential information and visitor inquiries are being redirected to the building’s Juristic Office or security personnel. These parties are not employees of your company and are not equipped or authorized to handle our business operations.
Gatekeeping and Access Barriers: There is a persistent refusal to facilitate communication or meetings with the General Manager (GM) or Managing Director (MD). Legitimate business offers and inquiries are being denied without proper review, acting as a barrier rather than a facilitator for the executive team.
Unprofessional Conduct: Attempts to reach the Office Manager via telephone or through building security guard staff have been met with an uncooperative and dismissive attitude, making it difficult to maintain a productive professional relationship.
Operational Impact The current situation suggests that if the office can function without an on-site manager—and if all inquiries are simply handled by building security—the budget allocated for this physical office space and the management role is being utilized inefficiently.
I request that Headquarters reviews the necessity of this physical location and investigates the current "work from home" protocols to ensure they are not being used to avoid primary job responsibilities.
I look forward to your response on how these communication and management gaps will be addressed.
Best regards,
Recommendation: NA
