Macy's review: Dining room set

We purchased a dining room set three weeks ago. Unfortunately, we didn’t inspect the chairs closely and just noticed one of the structural members of a chair is broken. The dining room set has only been used once. When we contacted the store, we were told since we didn’t buy the warranty, there’s nothing they can do. A chair should not break under normal. Use after three weeks.
