LuLu Hypermarket trolley bags

Hi. I bought set of trolley bags few months ago. 03yrs warrenty, I went to claim warrenty. Customer care staff miss managed my case; called me two times for same issue; kept me waiting for 2 hours. Now a they again called me to come for 3rd time. They are bahaving live ill trained professionals, spoiling brand name. Writing u plz look into my case.

LuLu Hypermarket sales man misbehaving

Dear,

A sales man cashier named Mr. Shrinivasan is start Misbehaving with me and other customers due to change problem, irony is he is having change in his counter as many of customer giving him change in front of me. This is very disgusting and bad experience.
Hopefully you provide them some classes for how to behave with customer and visitors.

LuLu Hypermarket black grapes (india)

Dear Sir,

I happened to buy black grapes (India) from Lulu hypermarket this weekend. As a process of cleaning these we normally soak these in hot salt Walter and drain them before storing them. This time to my shock while I drained the grapes away I noticed the water had turned blackish red. Carefully looking at the grapes they have lost their dark black color as well. I am worries if there is a chance of adulteration in this product. I thought it would be apt to report it to you before notifying the health authorities.

LuLu Hypermarket service - rude and unruly behavior of staff mr. mahmood

01 mar 19, self had gone for purchase to lulu hyper kuwait and we had very bad experience for the first time in last 10 years in kuwait & 08 years in saudi. One of the top respected person ceo of the company we do respect him with our whole heart, but person like staff who claims to be manager mr. Mahmood was rude and unruly and unprofessional in this trade of customer service. He does not care the customer of lulu and he thinks we are fools coming to purchase from lulu. He has to think it is not because of him we are going to lulu every week, it is because of the name and fame of trade mark lulu where mr yussuff sir and his team had kept. After shopping trolley was missing form the place which we kept. We had complained the same to another staff (supervisor) but the words which used by mr. Mahmood is not at all professional being in this trade and I hope the higher management will look into the same and will take proper action. Awaiting for your kind reply.

We the customers of lulu where every week come and purchase kd 50 - 60. 01 mar we visited alrai and had a bad experience with one of your staff claiming himself to the manager of alrai, who was rude, unruly behavior and the words used. Kindly request you to take action or else it will be very shame for yusuff sir and team. [protected] shibu thomas

Yusuff sir, we have learnt from you the life how to live. You are our role model. Sir if you keep such type of staff mr mahmood as claiming to be manager of alrai, who was rude and unruly and doesn't have the courtesy to help your customer or talk to a customer who was facing an issue in house hold items we had taken. He doesn't care on customer diffculty where he is saying customer is khali wali and if I want you purchase from lulu or go anywhere. Is this an manager. Kindly request you to take action on this person or else it will be very shame for such a high profile company and a person like yusuff sir. 3 staff including one kuwaiti had to say sorry on his behalf. Awaiting for your kind reply and hope an action will be taken. [protected]

LuLu Hypermarket shoes

I bought a casual shoes from Lulu Hypermarket in Doha, Qatar for Qar 75/- but only after wearing a shoes for 2 days its getting damage from inside and outside.

I asked the sales person that I bought it for 75 Qar at least it should work for 3 months.

the Sales person is telling their is no warranty or guarantee and refuse to take a feedback also.

LuLu Hypermarket about the tawa which I bought

Hi team,
I bought a dosa ceramic tawa product from lulu khalidiya branch on 16th february 2019. But that was not working perfectly. I tried only one time so immediately I return the same product to the store. A person from the respected section came and said will check in our kitchen. He tried and said it is working perfectly and taught how to make dosa in that tawa and also he was teaching pour oil this that like that he was speaking. Still now i'm struggling with that tawa. When we are paying for some product it should be worthwhile but as a customer i'm disappointed with his behaviour and also the product.

LuLu Hypermarket p/burry chakki fresh atta 5kg

In offer book date : 22/02/2019 mentioned P/burry chakki fresh atta 5kg is for 12.50 aed, but they take the full amount, we asked the customer care but no response .. if you will not provide offer then why it's mentioning in offer books . This is really a cheating to poor people . Am attaching the bill with this kindly check it . We are waiting for the response.

I was really upset during my unsuccessful trial to buy a laptop from lulu Alsadd in doha/ qatar, no prices for some items and no details for the laptop features, I've requested support, I was responsible person is in a meeting, I can't understand what meeting, I waited for almost 20minutes, no help or support, I asked for branch manager, he seemed lost, it worth noting that I only buy my electronics from lulu, now I am really upset for this service.

LuLu Hypermarket customer service promotion for honor 10 lite

I am checking honor 10 lite yesterday (8th february 2019) at lulu hypermarket in al wahda mall abu dhabi, it has offer a free silicone case and screen protector, I buy the phone and to my surprise when I was claiming the free items the salesman told me that its inside the box. How come you will mentioned its free when its already included in the phone package I was expecting that the free are extra items outside the package. He is insisting that the free is still inside the box he doesn't understand what I am claiming, I call the electronic supervisor (mr. Sudesh) I was shock that he is telling the explanation in a very rude manner and he tells me that if I don't like I can remove the item from the box!? Why I will remove if I pay for the whole package? How the item will be free if it is inside the box? He tell me that there are mobile which is not included the screen protector and cases even the headset. That was so unacceptable where in the market that those items will not be included in the package? Even you will buy in the shop outside the mall if they will say free it is not inside the box they will give you free even the box is not open. Your cheating your customer and make them believed your promotion which is totally not free. The on going promotion is foolish, I am not after the free item I will accept and still buy the phone even without any promotion but fooling the consumer which I will not tolerated.

To my disappointment to that offer and being upset with the attitude of the staff I refund the money and check another shop inside al wahda mall I got the phone at the same price with free headphone.

LuLu Hypermarket hisense 50' smart led tv

I had purchased a Hisense 50' Smart LED TV from LULU and to my worse .firstly they send the Electronics with a driver and a guy who didn't know to connect the TV and show if everything was ok, secondly when I connected it, it came out to be damaged piece the screen was partially damaged. When I complained to the Lulu they were so casual about the thing as if they had given it for free and the service staff (Mohamed Aslam )and supervisor (Mr.Manoj) both are lame people who are not even bothered to attend or resolve the issue.

they said they are checking with Company, but no one has bothered to update or resolve the issue yet

I am so upset with their service and would not recommend anyone to buy electronics with them.

I would suggest if they can change the Mgmts. and put responsible and friendly people at work if they are want people to buy stuff from them.

LuLu Hypermarket rude service of staff

To Higher Management,

This is to draw your kind attention regarding the rude treatment I received from one of your check out packer at LULU Hypermarket Rak Mall today afternoon.

I was about to pay my purchase, when packer staff named Ajaya was there. He approach me with a Hello I think, but since he's talking in a lower voice I didn't hear it clearly so I just look at him.. After that, he told me in a rude manner "You don't know how to open your mouth?.." OMG, I was so shock of how he can talk like that to a customer. I don't even know him. Then I asked him what is his problem? Whether I talk or not, its not of his business.. Then I asked his name because I want to complain him, and again in a rude manner he said "You complain, I don't have name".
As an employee, they are the face of the company and the management should not tolerate this kind of staff misbehavior as it may destroy customer loyalty and company image. I also suggests that staff must brief of their role and must be given proper training on customer service so they will understand the value of customer experience while shopping on your mall.

I have been a long time customer of the establishment and I was most upset by these event. Every customers deserved a respect specially that I was a lady. And they should treat their customer well at all times.

I hope that this letter explains my feelings and disappointment with what has occur. I would not like this to happen to me or any other customer and hope that corrective measures are taken swiftly by the management.

LuLu Hypermarket california prunes; the product was infected with fungii during its period of use

I bought 2kg California prunes for ₹1545 from lulu hypermarket as loose from the dry fruits section lulu mall last month
The product as per the packing has an expiry till 7.5.19
But today when i looked into that it was fully infected with fungus and was not able to use
I am deeply unsatisfied by this experience and kindly resolve my issue
I will attach the photos and other details

LuLu Hypermarket service person in lulu petrol station, naim

Today (03.02.2019) We went and told the guy very clearly as 3 dinar Jayid. He put the gun and went. After a while when we noticed, it crossed 3 dinar. So immediately we called the guy and asked. Then he started saying you guys told to fill the tank. Thereafter he started abusing with utter worst words. When we tell about complaining to police station, he again abused and came and hit my friend sat near to me. When we complained to petrol station manager. He is saying that this guy is like this and asking us for a compromise. We demanded an apology from that guy but he said he will not but he want compromise. We called the police station and gave the complaint. I wonder how the Lulu group (which is well-known for their zero tolerance level against any sort of abuse) is keeping this guy as their employee.

LuLu Hypermarket food quality & hygiene

I would like to draw immediate attention on the food quality and hygiene for the last purchase of chicken biryani, dated:29th december, 2018 wherein I found a small piece of glass in the food while having it.

I have taken pictures which clearly illustrates the glass piece, if it was not being observed somehow then it would have led to serious concern. Glass is extremely chemical resistant and will not dissolve the slightest in your stomach. I just thew the food. This is a very serious concern.

Kindly address the same at the earliest or else I would take up with dubai municipality/consumer protection division/mohap.

LuLu Hypermarket charging items twice

Today i was shocked to see this billing mistake done by the cashier in my bill wherein she puched 2 times for buying 1 pack of yoghurt. Since i bought a habdful of items so checked my bill and found this error ... now i just wonder how many times i would had been charged ... i never checked my invoices and i am sure others also dont know this trick of making money. This needs to be checked and stopped before a major complain goes to govt authorities.
Providing invoice copy wherein i bought 1 pack of yoghurt but got charged and paid for 2 packs.
Appreciate if this is looked by management and remedial action is taken asap.

Yesterday I purchersed something from lulu hyper market al murabba riyadh.The actual price of organic oats of 750 gm approximately 17.5 saudi riyal i have seen there. but I check my invoice from my home they charged 42.95 sar I shocked.i don't know you people are cheating customer. LuLu Hypermarket fruits

Most of the fruits selling with offers are found damaged . Two experiences just last week?
Tender coconut was bought and forced to throw completely as it was fully damaged.
Rambuttan bought for almost half price and we are lucky as we got half of them good.
Please don't give such things even for free.
Don't destroy the brand name

I buy one huwei nova 3 from Hidd Lulu mall in Bahrain, on 31st December 2018. But I did not get the gifts from Hidd Lulu.
30th December I check the price of nova3 in riffa Lulu mall. but there was a gift box including Bluetooth headset and something. I search for black phone. But there is only purple color phone. So I didn't buy from riffa Lulu. And went for Hidd Lulu on 31st. But there also no black phone. Any way I buy from there.
But I didn't got gift box.
I asked the sales man about that gift, but he told the distributor taken back the gifts. So no gift Bluetooth headphones.
I felt very bad. Because everywhere they are giving that gifts.. Every Lulu branch that gift was there. Because of that gift I planned to buy nova 3. Other ways I will go for Samsung phone.
I want replay from you.
Because every where there was gift last month. I search all the branch of Lulu in bahrain. Every where Bluetooth headphones and some other thing are there. But that one I didnt got from Hidd Lulu, bahrain
So please replay.

LuLu Hypermarket urgent : living worm in lulu branded cashew nut - live video taken

On 27 December 2018 we shopped in Lulu Barsha branch . The expiry date clearly states use by 27 December 2019 . Yesterday We opened the packet and on consuming we saw living worm in the cashew . This is as serious health concern and a huge tarsnish to the Lulu brand . I am appauled by the quality . I have taken pictures and also have a video that displays the same . I need immediate action taken on this . Our health was effected too. You need to call me ASAP on [protected] or [protected] before I escalate this
