Lulu Hypermarket / LuLu Group International / service - rude and unruly behavior of staff mr. mahmood

01 mar 19, self had gone for purchase to lulu hyper kuwait and we had very bad experience for the first time in last 10 years in kuwait & 08 years in saudi. One of the top respected person ceo of the company we do respect him with our whole heart, but person like staff who claims to be manager mr. Mahmood was rude and unruly and unprofessional in this trade of customer service. He does not care the customer of lulu and he thinks we are fools coming to purchase from lulu. He has to think it is not because of him we are going to lulu every week, it is because of the name and fame of trade mark lulu where mr yussuff sir and his team had kept. After shopping trolley was missing form the place which we kept. We had complained the same to another staff (supervisor) but the words which used by mr. Mahmood is not at all professional being in this trade and I hope the higher management will look into the same and will take proper action. Awaiting for your kind reply.

    We the customers of lulu where every week come and purchase kd 50 - 60. 01 mar we visited alrai and had a bad experience with one of your staff claiming himself to the manager of alrai, who was rude, unruly behavior and the words used. Kindly request you to take action or else it will be very shame for yusuff sir and team. 65642517 shibu thomas

    Yusuff sir, we have learnt from you the life how to live. You are our role model. Sir if you keep such type of staff mr mahmood as claiming to be manager of alrai, who was rude and unruly and doesn't have the courtesy to help your customer or talk to a customer who was facing an issue in house hold items we had taken. He doesn't care on customer diffculty where he is saying customer is khali wali and if I want you purchase from lulu or go anywhere. Is this an manager. Kindly request you to take action on this person or else it will be very shame for such a high profile company and a person like yusuff sir. 3 staff including one kuwaiti had to say sorry on his behalf. Awaiting for your kind reply and hope an action will be taken. 65642517
