LuLu Hypermarket the manager of customer service

Dear sir/mam,

I am writing this letter to complain about the manager in customer service in lulu center. I have been facing the difficulties for over a month now and I feel that it's the correct time to report a formal complaint letter against him.

Here is what happening last month;

I've been in customer service last month sorry I can't remember the date and time. His behavior towards his staff in customer service has been extremely rude, very rude. He has been calling bad words to his lady staff and he almost slapped the water gallon he was holding at that time to his lady staff.. Which is for me was so annoying why this demon person was working in. That area.. For me he look like a demon/ satan to me.. Very very rude human being. His behavior is unacceptable..

I would request you to please look into this and resolve this issue as soon as possible. I hope you would understand the situation his staff's right now and please take immediate action for this. Coz when I was there last week one of his lady staff is not there anymore. Please even you will check your camera/cctv.

LuLu Hypermarket nikai refrigerator

I bought a Nikai Refrigerator (NRF400FN 246 Ltr) with serial number [protected] last November 22, 2019. It was delivered after 3 days. Since we just moved in we did not use it right away. At the end of November we tried to opened it but unfortunately it was not cooling. We called Mushrif Branch and Nikai technician called in and gave a schedule after 4 days. During their visit, they said that the freon has problem during the delivery and they fixed it. After that day again it was not that cold and we did not used it and called again. They said that because it is second complaint they will arrange it urgently. But no one called and came after 1 week. 2 days ago I called again the branch and they said that they will inform the technician. That day he came, for 1 minute he checked then he said that he will be back after 1 hour, but its been 2 days now. No call or any update. How unprofessional? You cant even exchange the item. How are we going yo use a ref which is not cooling at all? Please send someone to take this item or I will return it as soon as possible!
Please note that its been less than a month and until now we can't even use the item!

Hi,

I would like to bring to your notice that the quality of staff you have hired in lulu hypermarket - Sharjah al wahda street is pathetic . I have often seen that its a regular thing not 1st time

The retail and specially the electronics division staff are not bothered to attend to their customer, least concerned .

I would suggest if you want your stores to run properly, please hire staff who actually show some responsibility towards their job for the salary they take or else in this competitive market you will soon loose your presence and customer reliance

LuLu Hypermarket top loader washing machine

I like lulu and its products a lot. My extensive shopping is almost always done at one of the Lulu branches.

Day before yesterday I bought a washing machine which I was told, would be delivered the next day. I was given six hours waiting period for the next day which is too long for anyone just to sit and wait for 6 hrs.!

With the google map distance calculation, one can easily calculate the delivery time for each time and, may keep half an hour time in hand for any emergency.

Yet another mishap: I was given the time from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm! I received a call at 11:30 pm while I was sleeping, the person was asking my address to come and deliver the washing machine(nuts!). I asked him to come next day to install the machine but he said he will only deliver. 1) It is very unprofessional to drop the machine without installing and making sure that there are no issues in the machine. 2) Am I supposed to get a plumber at an additional cost to install the machine?

Previously, I bought a cooking range from LuLu and they installed the stove and asked us to make sure that everything is fine. That's what all the reputable companies do!

I am quite upset about this approach and would want Lulu to correct their appointments scheduling and install the big machines that need a specialist.

LuLu Hypermarket almond milk no available on shelf

Hello team

Since 2 weeks Almond milk is not available in both Darsat and Al Gubara branches, LULU personal -when asked had no idea and showed ignorance to bring Almond milk to shelf.. Please appoint supervisor who can handle can customers supportive information when asked, Hyper market like LULU normally maintain sufficient stock try to keep it up

LuLu Hypermarket hypermarket

I would like to complain about a bad service we are experiencing from Lulu Hypermarkets all over Abu Dhabi. I am having trouble and very delayed service from fish stalls inside lulu hypermarket. Most of the stalls are having about 5 or 10 staff. But customers are experiencing very bad service from those stalls. Customers are not at all attended properly. Even they are not properly cleaning fish and very late service by staff in general. Exactly same experience I had from different fish markets in Al Wahda, Mushrif Mall and Khalidiya Mall shared by many of friends and relatives.
I had earlier complained to Al Wahda Lulu hypermarket. But there have been no improvement even after 2 months. I am seeking a proper action from your end

I had purchased two donuts from Lulu-cookie /kit kat on 1/12 @2100H.
I had given it to my kids the next day as school break fast..
My son ate it, but my daughter bought it back...as she did not have enough time to eat it...
As I took a bite, it had a sour taste...
Found mold inside the donut mixed with the cream inside ...
My son already ate it...I have a photo taken of it...

LuLu Hypermarket security and improper handling of customer

This is Noor reporting from jeddah
Today something happened very unusual or very rude against us.
The security guard behaved so badly and rudely with us with pushing us and trying to beat us. Which was for not a reason worth it
He dragged us like a thief in front of all the customers without any issues.
Please take necessary steps to curb this menace or I will be complaining it to the Saudi Consumer Commission

LuLu Hypermarket I have been charged someone else amount which I didn't bought.

There was one customer in front of me of whom credit card was not working so he left and than I can once I came the lulu seller named Muhammaed nafih started to count my item and than I paid 8.325 omr than when I reach at home this seller charged me the amount of previous guy and I am sure he charge him again as well. I want you to take serious action on this and if I didn't get response I will be helpless to report to local police. Waiting for your response at [protected]@gmail.com

The way their are serving customer is very rude especially the lady guard there she's too rude the indian or nepali I think her nationality I talk to other staff and they said she's really rude the way she's approaching customer is like not good accusing that we are stealing the item with out proof and the manager supermarket also his like following that guard only he don't have own policy and desicion how to take care his customer please I hope u will do action about that guard his really don't know how to be approached the customer in the good way this is bad experience I ever had in lulu khalidiya I will never go there again shame on you guys! Hiring a guard without manners at all she need more trainings how to serve and be polite! We are not doing anything but we are doing shopping and suddenly she will come to telling us that we steal something 😡who is she! She don't have proof also! To tell that to us

I hope lulu management will do something about this matters.. If you can send her to training or let her study the uae law I don’t care what she will do but I need justice for this! She don’t know the damage she’s have done to us 😡I will never forgive her! Its like she have own rules even manager in lulu following her rules at all 😡what kind of staff youre hiring lulu 😡improve your staff even your guards do there jobs right not like they are roaming around like a boss only check how’s guard treating your staff ask them what kind of guards they have! Lulu should have own rules right? Why when I talked to that lady guard she said that is her rules 😡means lulu have more rules? Lulu rules and security rules🙄what a stupid company! Am not new here in this country am working also in the same field! Should be security guard will follow the rules or sop of the company not like you have a differents rules need to follow.! Such a stupid customer service

LuLu Hypermarket carrot I bought where adulterated

Bought carrots 🥕 last 2 weeks before from LuLu Hypermarket. The carrot were adulterated. These carrots where found to be injected with water.
Went today and complained about the issue. There response was they are unaware of the injection of water inside the carrots. They have denied and was not able to accept the complaint, and replied nowhere it could happen.

I told them unfortunately it had happened and take actions and enquire about it to improve the quality.

Worst experience i faced in Lulu Riyadh, i buyed smart watch and after one day i tried to exchange with another one but salesman said the box is opened even i did not opened the box as the box seal little bit uprooted but it was not visible at all, and saleman refused to exchange by saying its opened while i saw another arabic customer came for change with open box he accepted and proceed return for him. How they can do such disrimination with customer.
I through the watch on his desk n came back. I said take it as a gift from my side.

I will never buy anything from Lulu, bad experinece.

We bought a brown bread small from LULU hypermarket HIDD yesterday. We are regularly buying this product from your supermarket for a long time. This time the bread quality was totally changed. Very bad quality with no wheat fiber and different color. When we asked your bakery staff they said this is not made by LULU but brought it from outside. Also the bread had bad odor instead the natural smell of your previous brown bread. It looks like white bread with a slight color added. We are very upset and disappointed with your brown bread quality.

I buy the anker soundBuds Lite after 4 month I found a problem. On 25th September was go to give the same branch for Repair R change... They took the soundBuds & tell me after 15 days for coming... I go on date they again asked me after 3 days... I go same day again they ask me still not comes u come after.. I mean totally fourth time i go for this one problem... But today 24th October my friend was there he brings for me my soundBuds... But still the same situation & they don't solve the problem... Why's they took one month & don't Repair

LuLu Hypermarket pecans nuts halves

Dear Sir/Madam
I am Muneeb ur Rahman, Regular customer of Lulu. I am writing to make a complaint about the quality of food at your supermarket. A few days back I purchased 3 Sealed packs of Pecans nuts. Now today in the morning I open the sealed and I saw the nuts are stick with dead insects (FLIES/ Drosophila). And the same was with the rest two packets; I am very much dissatisfied. Lulu market is popular in the town for the Quality Product... It was my first experience at your supermarket. I found it much near to my home and was deciding to become a regular customer of it. But, this dissatisfaction is changing my mind. I request you to keep a superior check of your food quality. I would appreciate a refund of all these items.

My brother was working at your shop at lulu hypermarket al qusais dubai for about 10 months. His name is runkil john manuel, aftersales staff.
This incedent 2days back (16oct2019), one customer punch the face of my brother that lead for being numb. As per my brother, during the customer shouting very loud they alreadh request for a security personel to assist them but no one comes. They saw that securities are only looking to them until the customer have the opportunity to punch the face of my brother. Until the customer left the shop no security come to help. He already reported this issue to the shop general manager but he takes no action. They did not send my brother to a clinic to check his face. My brother just buy a cold bottled water to put it on his face. I know im not on the
Possition to complain but try to put yourself in my position who was very worried. This is how you treat your employees. We are very confident that you will take care my brother but hearing that he was not given support by your management was very upset.
Please take this matter seriously beacause we will complain to philippine embassy or consulate if you did not take action.

I am a frequent customer of lulu express QFHC branch, last Friday 11-Oct-2019 I went to purchase grocery as usual. One of the items was on promotion Oasis Qatar 330mlx40 (box), after struggling with employees I came to know it's out of stock and it will arrive afternoon, I went back at almost 7:15pm and another representative told the stock is finished in the morning (I was there in morning). He said I already informed the department to supply. Today at 1pm I went to purchase and met same guy who started giving explanation that he demand but did not receive yet...on discussion with customer services and this negligence I was upset however, a supervisor asked my address to deliver at home.
Sorry to say that No one has responded from Lulu staff and paid attention to a regular customer.
This kind of behavior will definitely will allow me to look for other shopping centers which are not far away. You may check on Google earth. (Al-Meera, Al-Rawabi and
I look forward to hearing from you

LuLu Hypermarket hot food

Purchased Butter Chicken at the Lulu Hupermarket in Hidd. The chicken was clearly re-used from another product, probably from leftover chicken tikka. The chicken was certainly cooked separately from the sauce.
The skin on the chicken was oven baked. The chicken itself was very dry, at least 1 day old, possibly more. Most tellingly, the chicken has all the characteristics of a chicken that has been both cooked, and stored for an extensive period of time outside of the sauce.
It is clear that the cooks took leftover chicken from another meal made at least the day before, and combined it with Butter Chicken sauce. This is a dangerous practice and unacceptable from a health perspective. Lulu should be investigated for their food service practices.

LuLu Hypermarket gift voucher entry desk staff

Since a long time, I am one of the regular customers of LULU service in many ways such as shopping, money exchange. But most recently on 04 OCT 2019 around 4:30 PM I face some issues at Hidd branch in the gift offer registration desk, I have given two of my invoice first one they registered and got a confirmation message in my mobile another one which is numbered as "663650022022083720191004165213" to make registration along with my CPR but after some time the representative told me it also has been registered but did not any message then he advised me to approach customer service in the second floor where again I explained all the things to the concerned person at counter, they took my number and assured that we will contact you for clarification but until now nobody updated me about my concern escalated. I think it could be a typo error while he enters my numbers at the time of registration.

I bought a big packet of chips which had already been opened before, re-sealed and kept on the shelf. The chips were stale and soft when I tasted one, as if they were left open for a while. I checked the packet and saw it was re-sealed as it tore on the sealed area instead of opening from both sides. I didn't go back to the store to tell them this because I had thrown the receipt but I thought I'll leave this here.
