Greetings of the day

We have booked tickets for our 3 students

These were 3 students and they had our flight from Delhi to Vilnius via Hyderabad and Frankfurt.

At Hyderabad airport they were informed that they cannot board as this route journey is not allowed for them.

They were informed that they need to reschedule the ticket vai other route or they should cancel the tickets and fly by other airlines

We are expecting our refund as we already made their other travel arrangement and they have reached Lithuania

We are attaching the tickets and passport copies
