Due to the delayed Bag as its sitting at Lufthansa Lost Baggage area inside arrivals hall at OR Tambo Johannesburg international airport. Thieves have now opened my bag and removed items as it was left unattended and not in a secure lockup area inside a restricted are within the airport.
This is a serious violation of my privacy and would expect Lufthansa to take better care of my bag as i left it in their care.

Claimed loss: Conduct full investigation at OR Tambo Airport, including CCTV review. Compensate me for the privacy breach, unattended baggage, and inconvenience for 3 days. I seek €2,000 in compensation

Desired outcome: Due to Lufthansa's negligence, I was without my bag for 3 days. My bag missed Johannesburg connection to Cape Town. Was left unattended outside the baggage area, and tampered with. My bag was opened and items were removed
