We had our flights cancelled 2-3 times in 2 days in Germany Stuttgart to Frankfurt. We were visiting our daughter's family and grandchildren.

We were told a refund of $1,479.63 Euro would be sent. Then TATA changed that to ZERO.

It is clear you don’t understand what is happening. You have tunnel vision on your own objectives instead of what is best for the customer.

Please provide the refund you are authorized to provide and I will escalate the difference with Lufthansa providing the history of my dealings with Tata.

This process is very frustrating. Not sure why Lufthansa can’t just credit the original credit card used to purchase the tickets.

Below is the email conforming my refund.

I have also provided banking information on the Lufthansa website feedback forum.

As a last resort please mail me my refund if you cannot process it via online tools.

Desired outcome: Cheque Mailed to me in Canada in the sum of $1,479.63 Euro directly from Lufthansa.TATA and your chatbot were useless. Talking to real Lufthansa people would be better and faster.
