Box
I shipped on May 6, 2023 a medium size box to Miami where my brother Juan Miguel Sierra has a P.O Box 32118 with FLYBOX.
The box is lost.
I got a confirmation from USPS tracking number 9505516186913124956383 that the package was delivered.
I also opened a claim with USPS, but after their investigation they denied it because the package was delivered to the correct address.
I have never in many years had an issue with the United States Postal Office.
I do believe they delivered the package.
FLYBOX says they don't have it, and that's it. How is that possible?

website/shipping problems
This website is not allowing me to ship my items. They have my items, but the website keeps deleting my information. The contact information to speak to someone is incorrect, and the fields are virtually impossible to populate. Amazon shows my items shipped to the company, and the company shows they have my items. But I cant ship them. I want my items shipped.

This is the second negative experience that I have received

The first time was a year ago, I ordered two paintball
Markers. I was told they could not be shipped to colombia for lack of certification
