I had an unpleasant situation when issuing my boarding pass in Barcelona (BCN to FRA LH 1133), where the lady at the desk in the airport asked me to check in my bag even though I had a ticket with cabin baggage. My insistence not to check in the bag led to a heated argument, which really upset me because I did not expect such behavior.
