filled in two forms 1 for broken bag 1 for missing bag. impossible to communicate .The bag issue was dealt with but inadequately only 150 euros and i told them I am waiting for the reply why my bag was missing for 6 days plus items must have fallen out of my broken bag which was taped up and acknowledged by your department but told me to put in another claim ,. it is hopeless just working the website . I am now still waiting for reply. you can not call, the chat does not work . My bad was located within the one day but I received an email to say they were too busy to deliver ! then nthewre was confusion and the bag was going to be sent back to Miami but they managed to stop this from happening. There is a total lack of communication for the people dealing with lost luggage . So I have put a reimbursement claim in as in the customer feedback with all the receipts total Euro 2154.72 ...MyFeedback reference : FB ID C-360403-K0W7, missing bag reference FCOLH75352. Sent all documents in PDF attached letter to lufthansa.
