I walked into Longhorns tonight with a party of 6 and was told it was a 30 minute wair. A party of 20 came in after us and were seated in groups of 6 before us. I waited over an hour to be seated it was absolutely ridiculous. I love the Longhorns by me i. Bartonsvile but this was atrocious service. It should be 1st come 1st serve and not this cherry picking

I'm very sorry to hear about the experience you had. I guess the larger group did need to have a booking in advance to be seated. That being said, it's still not a good look for a customer such as yourself to be turned away at a place that (seemingly) doesn't typically require a reservation.
Hopefully the next place you go to dine will be able to accommodate and provide you with a much better experience. As a customer your feelings / thoughts should always be valid to a business. Any of them that can't appease you don't deserve your money, it's that simple. Vote with your wallet and enjoy your dining experience elsewhere!
