Logan's Roadhouse service/restaurant manager

On Sunday, October 27, 2019 we visited Logan's for lunch, we were seated at 11:01am no one came to take our drink order as another couple was seated right after us and was immediately welcomed and their drink order was taken. At that point the manager came over to take our drink order, the another waitress came to take our order, we waited for our food an entire hour after ordering at 11:15am. At that point 12:20pm we asked for the manager, she came to our table(didn't get her name because she wasn't wearing a name plate) we asked what was taking so long for our food, she just stated let me check, didn't apologize for our food taking so long, and it seemed to not bother her at all. We requested our check to pay for the rolls and soup that we had eaten and about that time they bring out our food and it was not eatable, the chicken was white as if not done and looked as if it was just thrown together. Needless to say at that point the manager said we could take the food home at no cost, We declined...this was the worst service. Logan's has lost a customer, because my husband and I will not patronize this restaurant again. Service was terrible, I know that we were not the only one's feeling this way because the couple that sat behind us complained as well. Other's in the restaurant that came in after we did, got their food before we did. Then on top of all that, upon being seated there was a big wet spot on the floor with no wet sign, an accident waiting to happen. Never again!

Logan's Roadhouse steak

A couple of my friend s were going for a girls night out. Looking so forward to it. And hungry! I order the salad with steak, my steak was so tough I couldn't pull it apart with my fingers, my friend ordered a filet, that was so tough she had to just set the whole thing aside. Our waitress went and got up the manager, he offer to get us a fresh steak, but we declined. He told my friend he was going to take hers off of her bill, so I assumed my would be too. When I got my bill it was over 19.00 dollars he took $5 dollars off mine (before tax😏) still is almosr $20 for something I didn't even eat, not even the salad. Very sad and bad experience. I even showed him I couldn't pull it apart.

Logan's Roadhouse food was burnt and not cooked properly

On Sunday Sept 22, 2019, my husband came in and ordered 2 set of grilled wings, one was bar b que & chipotle w/corn, baked potatoes and a garden salad. The wings was burnt and the corn was not cooked. I called the store on this evening for 15 minutes and they kept me on hold and never came back to the telephone. I called the store starting @ 6:32 pm and a young lady name Janae answered the telephone and put me on for 12 minutes and the manager did not come to the telephone. I called back @ 6:45 pm and Janae answered the telephone again and I asked her to speak to the Manager again and his name is Mike but she informed me that Mike said he would answer shortly, but 10 more minutes passed and Mike never came to the telephone. So I called back but there was no answer. I waited and called back again and there was no answer. I will not be going to this location ever again. There service and food preparation is not conducive to the public. That was a waste of 48 dollars gone down the drain. If the Manager don't give a damn about the customer service why should we patronize this restaurant.

Logan's Roadhouse the whole service

Upon arriving at this restaurant in Richmond Kentucky we were not greeted. No one had a smile on their face, waited to be seated, the table we were sat at was soaking wet. When we tried ordering our food everything I wanted they didn't have so I ordered something else. After I ordered 3 other parties arrived. I waited over 30 minutes for my side salad. Asked for more rolls and never received them. When my steak arrived I was told they were out of baked potatoes so I told the waiter I didn't want the steak. It ruined my whole night. Not even 15 minutes after I was told their were no potatoes one of the parties that came in after I ordered had their food taken to them and all 4 plates had baked potatoes. A friend of mine that was with me waited 45 minutes for his food then his food was cold and his steak was not the way he ordered it. The past 3 times we have went to Logan's the experience has been HORRIBLE!

Logan's Roadhouse overall experience

We walked in just after 5 and were sat at a dirty table in bar area. We had to ask to have table wiped down. The waitress was very friendly and gave us the beer specials. We ordered a appetizer that came out at same time as the entree side salad AND all dinners. I had to ask 3 times for silverware and napkins. Overall, the food was just ok. Nothing great. Really disappointed because our Chico Logan's is fabulous. This location was MEH. Won't stop here again on my commute north.

Logan's Roadhouse products, customer service

On Thursday -Sept 19 we arrived at 6 pm for dinner to celebrate my husband birthday . There was maybe 6 - 7 tables with dinner guest . Our waiter took our drink order . While waiting, we tried the peanuts . They were old and stale . Waiter came and took our order . Country style steak, sweet potato loaded and salad . My order was onion petals and a loaded sweet potato .
Onion petals tasted like pure grease, terrible ! They were nothing like the ones I ordered in another visit . Our sweet potatoes were terrible. They were hard inside and very hard outside . The potatoes must have been leftover from lunch and reheated . You could look at the potatoes and know they were not freshly baked . Outside peel was like cardboard .
Waiter stated, some others complained about the potatoes and food . He deleted my sweet potato from our ticket .
The manager never came to ask or try to correct the situation .
This will be my last visit to Logan's !

Logan's Roadhouse food and service

Hello my name is Khristyn, I am complaining about the Logans Roadhouse service in Abilene, Texas. Attached there are three pictures that indicate rushed service. In my salad, there were no croutons there where pieces of wet bread in my salad, for two the salad looked extremely old and had a foul odor. The main course was teriyaki chicken over a bed of rice, there was no bed of rice as seen in the second attached photograph and the piece of chicken was extremely dry and hard. Is this really how Logan's service is because if this was my first experience at Logan's you guys would not see me back here. This is absolutely ridiculous! I am from Fort Worth and they have exceptional service there they also show you, the food before you take it home, which Abilene Logan's did not. Service is not always rushing a job and receiving money the food industry is about giving people what they paid for as well as giving them what you would expect if you were out eating. And the worst part is your rolls are supposed to be your signature but hard as a rock rolls should not be an exception. This is beyond ridiculous, you guys need to look for new chefs and management because this [censored] reflects back on corporate.

Logan's Roadhouse Meal

I was there with my son for lunch on Sunday 8/25/2019. We were seated and order was taken . our meal took over 30 minutes to get while a couple came before us and they got there meal fast. And here we set. Very unhappy not sure ifI will ever go back. I ordered a side of broccoli never came. Table#32 Check # 1534271 Food was not warm.

My husband, myself and my son and his wife went there for dinner this evening. My husband ordered the 8 ounce sirloin and sides and I ordered the 6 ounce. Mine came and when cut into it looked ok but when I tasted it it tasted like the meat was bad. I told the waitress and she said it didn't look right to her either. My husband also sampled mine and said it tasted funny. The waitress apologized and offered to have another one done for me. Everyone at the table was finished eating when I got the other steak and my sides were cold. It took about 39 minutes to get the second steak. It was very busy in the steakhouse so I didn't complain, I order my steak medium well. The second steak was very dark on the outside and really reddish pink inside. The outside was so dry I could hardly cut through it. By the time I had waited on the steak and found the second one was not right there was no time for us to keep waiting on another try to get t right. We had an event to get to. This was the worst experience I have ever had with Logans and I had never gotten spoiled meat there before. This was not a good experience at all.

The manager Mrs Ingrid talks to her employee like there not humans.She uses harsh word talk to them rough an she talks under there clothes one employee walked out two weeks ago An was crying because of how she talked to the guy it horrible how you all have her in that position the way she talks too people.she need to be replaced or Logan's will loose slot of people an employee's

This is the Logan's in Mobile, Alabama on Airport.Great way too loose slot of employees an business because of there Manager Mrs Ingrid the way she talks too her employee like there not Humans.An the way she talks to her customers.She has a nasty altitude .We only ask how long it gone be for our food we been waiting for bout 45 minutes an she gone say it gone take time you just gone have too wait .So we just left I will never go back there Again.

Logan's Roadhouse wings

I was at ur location on Hwy 20 Madison, Al location and the grilled wings that I always get with the moonshine sauce. I didn't see it on the menu and I asked my server to check with the kitchen before ordering because I was going to order something else. She came back said they had it but when they came out no moonshine sauce. They tasted like teriyaki sauce. So I sent them back and was told that was the sauce which it wasn't. I was lied to. And the manager said that was the sauce but I know what it taste like. This sauce was salty like teriyaki sauce. Did u change the way it was made because it didn't taste the same. I was mad because they kept saying it was the sauce but it wasn't. I frequent Logan's because I love those wings. So I'm a little upset that people just tell paying guest just anything and think they are suppose to believe it. Just be honest and say we don't have it anymore. I get it the menu changes constantly but just be honest then u won't have guest walking away mad. Just an observation

Logan's Roadhouse steak dinner for two

Me and my sister were going to order the steak dinner for two. We asked for it to be cooked well done. Our waitress said they would no cook it well done or medium well. They only cook it rare or medium rare. My sister asked if we had to eat it raw and the waitress said pretty much. It's a shame a restaurant won't cook your food done. So we we ordered two of the Carolina shrimp plates for sides my sister got a baked potato and salad. I got a baked potato and coleslaw. Our baked potatoes were barely warm on the outside and cold in the middle. The coleslaw was horrible it tasted like it had beer in it. And both of our shrimp was over cooked and greasy. We usually enjoy eating at Logan's Roadhouse but tonight was the worst meal we have ever received. I never complain but the experience we had tonight was ridiculous. I don't think we will be going back any time soon.

Logan's Roadhouse the food

I Ordered the filet and shrimp. The shrimp was so over cooked it was petrified. Showed waitress, she agreed and promptly replaced it. Sadly, they were petrified too. My filet was not a real filet. No really. It was the same kind our butcher sells that is glued together pieces, only the butcher tells you that they are glued together pieces! ( I showed my husband and said "do you see anything strange about this steak?" He took about 10 seconds and said "ya, that's one of those faux filets we get at home for cheap"). Yep. And when was the last time you guys sent secret shoppers in to actually TASTE the food? It literally had no seasoning on it whatsoever. None. My corn on the cob had so much silk left on it, it wasn't worth the hassle to eat knowing I would be picking it out of my teeth all night. Waitress was sweet, manager was nice, but who cares! I wanted a decent meal. Somebody there is walking out the back door with your real filets and your cooks can't cook prep or season food. I am beyond dissatisfied. Oh and I tried taking your Logan's listens survey. It conveniently won't load. Serial #2307190503661320. No validation code ( was that on purpose?) check #661320 6:14 pm. My husband ordered the ribeye. He had to salt the snot out of it. No seasoning either. We never send things back or complain because we just aren't that way but I feel ripped off! We are over the road truck drivers and very rarely get the opportunity to go out to eat due to no parking for a giant truck. We parked at Cabellas and walked almost a mile to get to your restaurant. ( you obviously have no semi truck parking) we were so excited. Now I'm just plain upset. I was literally in tears. And this was after driving 10 hours today. We put in the effort, what a waste of time and money!

Logan's Roadhouse ordering/pickup area, food quality

I have been a loyal customer of Logans for 15 years, and never have I seen it this bad. I have been visiting this location for approximately 7 years now. The service was always prompt and the food prepared correctly. The mesquite grilled chicken salad is usually my go to item, but for the past 6mnths everytime I've ordered it the chicken is very dry and never has the peppercorn dressing innit as it used to. I've been eating it 10plus years and it was always prepared correctly when I lived in Davidson county. Also, the system for placing orders and picking up orders is very broken. There is never anyone at the both to place/pickup and no one ever offers assistance. As no one is at the booth you would think an employee would offer help or ask if you've been helped but never has that ever happened. A few months ago an UBER driver went behind the counter and got his own order . The waitress was upset with him but I informed her how can you blame him when he's been standing there for 17min with no one even attempting to help him. Each time I visit the wait is no less than 30 min before anyone even acknowledges you, if at all. Typically you have to stop someone and ask for help. Today 7/23/2019, I went inside to place an order and the same thing happened again. I stood there 21 minutes with employees just walking past with no assistance. I ended up going to.the lobby area and calling inside. Finally someone answered the phone and I went inside and told her I had to go out and call because no one was assisting me then she got someone to take my order. I ordered the same salad and some hot wings and I just receiving it at 3:25. The salad was is do small I questioned if this is the $10 salad and was told it was. She offered to "beef it up" but I declined because I've waited long enough. As I'm waiting another customer is having the same complaint. It's apparent that our dollars must not matter because retaining customers should be the bottom line, but after 10 years of being a loyal customer, I'm done!

Logan's Roadhouse food and service

Visited this evening, Party of 5, Our vuest from out of town joined us, he'd never been there before! I was so embarrassed, cold steaks, wrong dressing, no refills, diabetic child never got her meal until after everyone was almost done eating, she ate half my dinner, starving! Ridiculous! The White lady Manager is cluelest, outside texting alot on her phone... Look being in a Corporate Position for over 20 yrs, i must say, The Poplar ave location Needs HELP! The staff isnt happy! You Must get someone in there immediately to turn this around and boost some morale! Thank God for Shun j. Thomas.She saw a problem and jumped in to help! What a Team Player! She's a Leader! She is Management potential, definitely! That girl busts her tail, she is awesome, all with a smile and winning attitude..i found out she isnt even a waitress! She's a bartender, And she's waiting on customers..She is hands down, The perfect candidate for you guys.if it want for her we would never be going back to Logans.Feel free to call me [protected] Sincerely, Concerned, Dru Reynolds

Logan's Roadhouse everything

Service wasn't too great no smiles no good customer service waited for food for an hour an half and food came out cold. And when I asked to speak to the manager he was too busy too come out and talk to us. I am a store manager in retail and I have never turned a customer away for any complaints because then the problem cannot get fixed. I'm sorry but the restaurant has very poor customer service and very slow and bad cooks.

On the 29th of june i went to logans on county line rd me and a friend decided to have drinks we had 3 drinks a piece but we were only charged for one drink a piece the bartender name was william or will something of that sort i was going to tip reguardless he didnt have to lessen my bill if that was the case i hope you guys resolve this issue soon as possible

Logan's Roadhouse service/food

We went to Logans on Fridsy June 28th. My mother was craving a good steak like I had a few weeks prior fom here. We arrived and were seated by 630 and while looking at the menu we noticed Happy Hour items. We ordered a couple of drinks and appetizers. My mom gets her steak and as she keeps cutting into it(not eating any) she sees its not cooked right. The waitress takes it and has them cook it a bit more. We are seated at a back corner table and have asjed for the air to be adjusted or the fan turned on. The mgr told my nephew if he coukd turn the fan on then ok but other than that she was to busy to worry about it! I was appalled. So, we get our ticket and I see that we are being charged full price for happy hour items and the waitress takes the ticket back and then comes to the table with a new one and says her mgr couldnt change the pruces because we should have paid before 7 to get thise prices. She continues to say her mgr just took off one of the appetizers to make up for the prices. I was at this sane licstion on June 15th for my birthday and had the best meal and service ever. We come this time and the food is not good and we were treated like crap even after spending $135 with yall! When are customers going to be treated like they matter again? People work hard for their money and when they choose to come spend it with your business they are trusting you to do right by then. Yall need to remember that when customers walk through those doors they are making that choice and need to be treated like their choice matters and not like we are a pain.

Logan's Roadhouse manager kevin guinn springfield mo logan's on battlefield

Today June 25, I was at the Logan's Restaurant on battlefield in Springfield, Mo. I was attending a noon AA meeting The Manager: Kevin Guinn, asked me to step out so he could talk to me. He told me I have been rude and that I said "screw you" to the waiter at the Thursday meeting, June20th. This is absolutely false, a lie . I usually receive a 3$ off coupon to fill out. Occasionally the waiter or waitress will forget to give me this. I asked the waiter on June 20th if he could give me one of the 3$ off coupons.The waiter said he couldn't give me one. I was fine with that, and left. . Kevin Guinn told me to never come back to Logan's I've been attending Logan's AA meetings for about 10 years,

Logan's Roadhouse service

We were visiting gulf coast 4 of us went to logans.As soon as we sat down waitress came over with bad attitude we were so nice to her.I ordered prime rib I wanted it blackened but forgot to tell her. my sister ordered a drink and then my husband wanted a glass of wine she said now you want a drink. I ask for refill on tea she said I will get to you I have to do this and that ill get to you. so when she brought refill my husband told her I wanted my prime rib blackened she said now you want it blackened I didnt say anything . When it got there it wasnt blackened but I didnt say anything. The potato was cold .We ordered drinks app. and food quite expenses she was so rude we were being nice to her.She was horrible. but we tiped her because I know what it is to work for tips.[protected]. Never again will I go to logans.

Logan's Roadhouse service

Logan's is very rachet. they have roaches and ants and flies. managers have excuses about everything. I use to work there. the managers now there is jason he is the one who slept with a coworker name angel morris. very sickening. and willie the other manager very rude all he do is talk wrong to his workers there. willie curses out us. the kitchen is nasty. drop meats on floor and washes it off and put back on grills. to give to guest. I be only been there for about a few months. yes i'm snitching on the managers. my name will not be giving at all. managers talk crap to us everytime we mess up. they need health department there asap. then wanna fired us. hell they mess up too. but they cover up they mess. they show favitism towards co-workers. all i'mma say who ever still there y'all better find a job. now the bar be nasty smelly nets everywhere. bartenders sucks. I only like 1 bartender. they girls ok but the bald head guy willie he uses his hands without gloves. then sticks his finger n drinks while making drinks. nasty. but willie alexander dark skin chubby guy who wears glasses is the main 1 who be cussing us out. and I am will be calling the health department to shut that restaurant down.
