Menuism is a website that has menus from restaurants that are super old. I was looking for a place to eat and found a menu on Menuism that was from like 20 years ago! When I went to pick up my food, they charged me more than what was on the menu. I was so mad! I found out that the restaurant didn't even give Menuism permission to post their menu. And get this, Menuism charged me a service fee! What a scam! Don't use Menuism, it's not worth it.

Menuism used to be my go-to website for restaurant reviews. I even wrote my own reviews and participated in their monthly review contest. However, in recent years, the website has become inundated with spammy reviews for businesses that aren't even restaurants. It's frustrating to see these fake reviews cluttering up the site and making it difficult to find genuine feedback.

I've tried flagging these reviews for deletion, but the process is cumbersome and involves sending an email to the company. Even when I do flag them, I'm not sure if they actually get deleted. It seems like the problem is only getting worse over time.

To make matters worse, the customer service at Menuism has gone downhill. It used to be that I could expect a reply within a day, but now I'm lucky if I get a response after three months. It's disappointing to see a website that was once so useful become so frustrating to use.

Despite these issues, I still find some value in Menuism. There are still plenty of genuine reviews to be found, and the website can be a helpful resource when I'm looking for a new restaurant to try. However, I wish they would do more to crack down on fake reviews and improve their customer service.
