Logan's Roadhouse review: taken to long to take our order after we were seated 20 minutes

My Husband and myself, went there Sunday sept.25 2011 to eat for our anniversary. got there got seated. no one came to our table. to say she was our waitress or that she would get back with us or anything. we sat there for 15 minutes. and Itold my husband, thats enough. We ate the same restaurant in Clarksville tenn. on August the 25. and it was so nice. the people were very very on thier jobs. We had a wonderful experience. but in Memphis thier were plenty of waitresses and waiters around doing nothing. to me thats poor management skills. and I love logans food. my husband really loves the bar-b-q meatloaf. I will try another logans in a different location.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
