Jen's Scrubs Order never received

Placed order #151241 on nov 25 but never received it. I left multiple voicemails, emails & website chats concerning this. Finally received a response to a chat that order was reentered and supposedly shipped on Dec 12. I've asked multiple times for the tracking info with no response. Your customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.

Desired outcome: Provide the tracking information or if I don't receive the order, I want a refund.

Jen's Scrubs Scrubs

I'm awaiting shipment for scrub bottoms to arrive, I got my tops, and there was no paper work in the box and also got no tracking #. For the pants, I haven't got a tracking # yet either, I have reached out voice-mail, emails, and calls and always go to voice mail. My order # is 150994. This is the worst service I have ever experienced! This order was placed on August 31. Can someone from this company reach out to me please

Jen's Scrubs I'm mad

I wish I had read the reviews before dealing with them. I got into a big mess dealing with them and I regret it much.
Don't order from them if you are not sure about the quality. I would recommend you to read reviews on the website itself and see what people say, what item is ok to buy and what item deserves to stay at the warehouse forever.I will even explain why. When you want to return it will be a huge mess. And there's no guarantee you will get a full refund or a refund at all.
So stay away, please.

Jen's Scrubs Clothing

Ordered 5 nursing scrub tops and 5 pairs of pants on April 26. My credit card was charged. I have not received them. I have sent emails and messages to which I have received no reply. I have called numerous times and left voicemails . I received one callback. I was told that my order and was told that my order was going out the next day and would get to me no later than May 16. I have not received it. Again I tried to call and there was no answer. I want my money back.

Jen's Scrubs Please stay away!

Ordered some items from Jen's Scrubs about a month ago and received nothing yet. Called them and asked about my order and they said that one of the items was no longer in stock and promised to call me when my order will be shipped. Waited for about two weeks and contacted Jen's Scrubs again and then they said that my order was shipped a long time ago. Asked about the not in stock item and they said that they had no idea what was I talking about. This place is just not worth the money and time, avoid!

Jen's Scrubs I never received my full order

I ordered Scrubs from Jen's Scrubs on February 14th 2016, I am still waiting for part of the order. They shipped some things separate because some of them were on "back order". I spoke with one Representative that sent me a free pair of pants and told me that my Jacket was "on the way" I have yet to see the jacket weeks later. I also made another order (big mistake) because there was a sale and the price was very low. It was literally too good to be true. That order was made on March 26, 2016 and the status is shipped but there is not a tracking number or any other proof that it was actually shipped. I will NEVER order from this business again.

Jen's Scrubs Did not receive ordered items

I ordered scrubs on 2/2616 and then again 3/3/16. I still have not received part of these 2 orders. I called and was told the jockey scrubs were on back order.
I received and returned a couple of the items from the 2 orders that didn't fit and the return processed no problem .
Since that time I have sent multiple emails to the company about the missing items from the order, I even ask to just be refunded if they haven't received the Jockey scrubs yet. I have received no response to any of the emails.
I then tried calling their phone number and all extensions have been disconnected except to place orders. So I selected that, left a message, and still no call back.

I have ordered from this company in the past with great customer service. It looks like the company might be failing from all the negative complaints I've seen on various sites online

Jen's Scrubs Never received order

We have ordered several uniforms from jen's scrubs company back in February and several days later received a message stating that our order was on its way. They said that the order was sent via ups and promised to send us a tracking number, but we never received one. We have since then emailed and called several times but there was no reply. It is now mid April and still nothing, so recently we emailed them and asked for a refund. They finally replied and said that our order was already delivered and received! Absolutely ridiculous! We said we certainly have not received anything yet and they called us liars and refused to communicate any further. What a scam!

I placed an order on 5/12, Paypal acct was charged immediately. Have not heard one single communication from Jen's Scrubs regarding my order. Order status reflects "awaiting fulfillment". Since I need these for work I have asked for the order to be canceled and my money returned. I still have no heard from them. I am now disputing with Paypal and have to wait until June 5th. Please, do yourselves a favor - do not order from here! You will lose your money! This company is folding! Stay away!

Ordered 5 sets of Grey's Anatomy scrubs on April 26. My card was charged. I have not received my scrubs. Made numerous calls which were not answered. I sent emails and messages on Facebook which were not answered. Spoke to someone once and was assured that the order would be expedited and arrive no later than Monday, May 17. I want my money back.
