I had an online order and a co worker picked it up for me. Needless to say it was completely wrong. I didn't get fries with my grandsons kid meal, I asked for the Grilled Chicken plain no rice, it was on rice. I had steak MW it was more M/MR. Had 2 salads as sides only received 1. Paid for 2 extra ranches and 1 honey mustard didn't get it. No SC for potato. This is the 3rd time they have messed up an order either online or dining in. The lady I spoke with put me on hold and came back and said I talked to the lady that put your order together and she said it was all there. She said but what is your name and number and I will write it down and give you a 25% discount next time you come. Really who said I will come back after getting my order wrong more than once.
