Logan's Roadhouse review: General manager

Hi i am currently employed at the Logan's in Oxford, AL i wanted to make a complaint against the general manager of my store Courtney Weems for creating and always keeping the restaurant as a very hostile environment because i was reprimanded by her today on Nov. 29 which i think was unfair because i was being reprimanded for another employees mistake but not just that when she called us outside and began instead of being respectful like i was always told to be while working she started letting the profanity fly. And i see that as very unprofessional for a General Manager and i am not the only one i have heard and talked to my fellow coworkers about this and they pretty much said the say thing that they pretty much receive the same treatment from her as well as the other managers and also have heard her using profanity with others and i have heard it myself. She is also rude most of the time to me and other coworkers so therefore I consider it a very hostile work environment when you have the General Manager essentially talking to all of me and the rest of my coworkers like we are dogs.
