LoanCare - misappropriations of funds in my account

To whom it may concern,

For the past several months I have been paying extra money to my account. Every time I have tried to pay more money to my principal portion, Lakeview Loan Servicing has decided to move it to another place. I have called in several times and have been on hold multiple times over 30 mins.

Currently non, Lakeview has misappropriated over $14, 000 to somewhere unauthorized. Everything should be going towards principal payment, but it is being placed elsewhere. Based on your lawsuits, google reviews, yelp reviews and BBB - THIS IS BEGINNING TO LOOK LIKE A SCAM

I'm going to contact my lawyer beginning tomorrow, unless this situation is resolved immediately.

LoanCare - mortgage

Our local bank sold our mortgage to LoanCare in May 2019, our statement is either late or we never receive one, we prefer to mail payments, our payment is due the First of the month and our statements arrive the week before or never! Have made multiple calls to customer service to complain, their response "Just mail check with your loan number on it you don't require statements ", yes I do for my records to have as proof that I paid mortgage, personally I think this is a tactic they use hoping you'll forget to make your payment so they can get late fee or foreclosure on your property, why is this company still in business? Planning to refinance just to escape this company

LoanCare - my mortgage has been paid off when I sold our house, loancare thinks it’s not they are harassing me!

We sold our house May 1, 2019. Our loan which was paid off to DiTec Our original mortgage company after we sold our house may 1, 2019 . The next month June ditec was transferred to Loan Care June 2019. Loancare is insisting that they did not get all their money and has been harassing us since then. They have been adding interest and all other fees they claim they didn't get the money from the month of May. We have called numerous times we've had a lawyer call and we can't seem to resolve this I think this is a big scam it has ruined our credit. They even sent us a letter saying that we now a mortgage with them and with the new monthly payment. This is totally insane! I don't know what to do anymore because I think they are running a scam!

LoanCare - getting taxes paid in advance

I've been trying to get my taxes paid in advance to be able to close on a refinance but this stupid company keeps giving me the run around. Originally I was told they'd find a resolution in 2-3 days. It's not been two weeks and still they don't have an answer. First of all they should have no problem paying my taxes that are due in November when they have the money because it's included in our mortgage every single month. Secondly every time I call I get a different answer they have horrible customer service skills and are not getting anything done. Taxes are due in November and they're not wanting to pay them till whenever the hell they want. We need them paid because we're trying to close on a refinance but these people are taking their sweet time. I am definitely going to file a complaint against this company anywhere I can so people can be aware that this company sucks and is not helpful whatsoever. Stay away from this mortgage company.

LoanCare - house paid off

We sent our payoff priority mail. It was delivered Oct - 15-2019. I've made several calls and always told something different. A manager told me to wait a few weeks and not to worry about it. Well I went to the bank. They traced it immediately and said loancare cashed it Oct - 15-2019. So I'm sending the copy front and back. I'm hopeful I'll get my deed and escrow. This place is crazy. They took our loan over may 2019 and never received out first two payments. We were not able to pay off over the phone. What a nightmare.. It was priority mail. I knew from my email they received it at 10:15 am Oct 15-2019...

LoanCare - misappropriating my escrow payment! lying, dishonest, corrupt company!!

Loancare advanced my property tax payment for 4, 145.50 and I reimbursed the exact amount on 9/27 to be credited into my escrow acct. The agent that took my pymt by ph assured me she would apply the whole pymt into my escrow to reflect the balance paid. She did not!! Now loancare has raised my mortgage by 1500 dollars showing a balance of 4146.50 unpaid and attached a 6200 escrow balance owed for 2 yrs in advance!!!! Since 9/27 I have spoken to 1 agent a wk and they all say they will reverse my pymt into escrow where it was originally intended and they do not!!! They just keep pushing me up to the next wk, and now I have a pymt showing I owe 3, 249.00 a mo.!! Each agent assured me the adjustment would be made reflecting 4, 145.50 credited to my escrow, thus lowing my balance, and they have not!!! I just keep getting nowhere with them!!! I've never in my 25 yrs of mortgage have ever had such an unprofessional, dishonest, mortgage company!! Loancare is a corrupt system!
