LoanCare review: Refund when loan care charged too much to pay off my loan

on 8/2020 I sold my home and paid off my loan to loan. They charged me too much. On 6/21/2026 I received a letter stating they owe me over $700 because of the overcharge. I filed out a request for refund on 6/21/26, crickets. On 8/6/2026 I was told by customer care I had to send all correspondence to unclaimedproperty@loancare.net.

This is fraud. Whey did it take 6 years to locate me?

I have filed a complaint with the appropriate US department.

Claimed loss: PO box 8068Virginia BeachVA 23450

Desired outcome: I filled out the form to have the money sent by direct deposit to my bank account. I want the refund NOW
