LoanCare - processing
Started feb 17 2018 they never rec my on line payment. Yet payment have been taken out starting in july, on time and now all of a sudden hey they haven"t rec it. Calling and calling on hold 28 min then a (click) haang up repeat call id John then (click) haang up. Last call sat march 17 at 10am info said rec payment march 8 2018. Well on hold again 32 min (click) haang up tired of calling press this press this and then on hold and guess what a haang up.
LoanCare - mortgage provider
This is actually an Umbrella Company it's Western Union and Wells Fargo. Poor Communication, unprofessional customer service and the IT department is a joke. This is a fly by night operation not to be trusted. It operates more like an investment firm using the people it provides loans to as hunters for their investments. This companies main goal is to foreclose and resell. This is a warning to anyone considering using their services.

Avoid this company!! Countless numbers of calls were made to gain online access and get my tax info without success. They keep saying they mailed the info and never did or say they sent an email to reset the password and it is never received! Yes junk and spam mail was checked! They will put you long holds and often hang up on you! Worst customer service ever!!!6
LoanCare - can't make a payment
Since late November I have not been able to get through by phone or log in online to male a payment. Have left my number to be called back or get a message to call back the next day and sorry for the inconvenience. But the sure call me with an automated call every day. Mortgage is super late now with no way to pay.
I habe called every number that I can find and they all lead to the same result. Have emailed the only email I can find and have heard back.

LoanCare - charges, insurance transfers
When our loan was changed to Loancare - what a surprise - you have to pay a $12 fee to make your loan payment over the phone (like they are getting money just to service the loan anyway). Went to change homeowners insurance - that was a real trip. Loancare's insurance department and escrow departments are completely separate - therefore the left hand does not know what the right had is doing. They supposedly paid the new insurance (we were sent an email) - then they took the payment back because they had already paid the old insurance co. (Never sent us an email or acknowledgement that the payment did not go) This was over 2 weeks ago - as of today it still states they paid the new insurance company 2 weeks ago. Everything got so confusing we were almost without home owners insurance.
LoanCare - home loan
My loan was sold to this company and it has been torture dealing with these people ever since. I recently did a refi with them and it was the worst experience of my life. These people have no idea what they are doing. Thankfully, the refi is over and today I was contacted by my insurance company stating my mortgage company refuses to pay them even though the funds are in my escrow account. When I called loancare to ask them why. They had no clue what they were doing nor had an explanantion as to why they don't want to pay my insurance company. What a joke!
LoanCare - customer service
You cannot speak to a person! I just spent a half-hour trying to get to a rep, but the response call tree never offers that option, no matter what you do. This company screwed up the handover from and earlier mortgage company as well. I would like to increase my mortgage payment, but can't do it without speaking to someone and that is apparently impossible.
LoanCare - overcharged $250 a month on mortgage to pay property taxes
I'd like to find out if there is a class action lawsuit pending against this company. My property taxes were overpaid in 2016 almost $2, 000. I informed them of the overage and sent a corrected property tax bill in february. It is not may and they have still not corrected my bill. They have raised my mortgage payment $250 a month to cover the incorrect property tax amount. Needless to say, I am struggling to continue to pay the additional $250 a month. Each time I call, I am told it will be processed in 24-48 hours. That is since february. I have not had a returned call from a supervisor yet. Each time I call I am told the sos>
