I have been paying them to fix our credit. One our creditors took me to court and they were suppose to go to court on my behalf but come court date they didn't show up so the company was granted what they asked for by default. When I got a phone call from LPG they said that the company proved I owed this that they didn't win by default. The paper I got from the court said they won by default. My advice is to stay away from this company. I learned a lesson the hard way. They take your money then if anything happens they act like you need to be grateful they were there to help.

Desired outcome: They need to pay this company not me.

he told me i would be out from under these debts within 12 months i paid him for 12 months they took payment from my account monthly. it was 289.00 dollars i sent him all my credditors and he took the account numbers but nothing was ever resolved

I had a Dept consolidation program with them they kept debiting my checking account and never refunded my money back now they are filing bankruptcy I need all my money back I paid into this account this was supposed to been paid out and March of 2023 I started this back and 2022 they never did anything with my dept account at all
