My contract with LPG was finished, and my file was "transferred to CLG" only after completing my last payment of 24, totaling over $27,000. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB, and Mr.March and LPG currently have 9 days

My program was completed when you transferred my file. Per your letter, I want to be reimbursed for every payment. The total amount of "Fees" I paid LPG is $27,059.25. I am also asking for an additional in the amount of $15,000 in damages due The total amount is $42,059.25 via wire transfer or direct deposit. If my money is not refunded by the date in the letter. In that case, I will then be filing charges with the Michigan Attorney General, California Attorney General, the California State Bar Association, and the FBI. Below is a copy of his e-mail regarding my file transfer and his admission of complete and total inadequacy.

Hello April XXX! On behalf of the entire LPG team, I would like to extend my sincerest apologies for the poor customer service experience that you have recently experienced with our company. I understand that we have not met your expectations, appreciate your patience and understanding as our company works to improve our customer service. Litigation Practice Group takes full responsibility for the inadequate service you have received, and I assure you that we are taking immediate steps to address the situation. After careful consideration, I have decided to transfer your file in order to ensure that you receive the best legal services in the industry. Your legal services will be transferred to Consumer Legal Group ("CLG"), a law firm I know and trust, and have worked extensively with in past. This law firm, which is larger and more experienced in the area of consumer rights, is based in Manhattan and has expertise fighting the largest banks and creditors in the nation. Its reputation has been built by attorneys across the country with a combined experience of more than 100 years of providing legal services to clients of all types. This transition will allow CLG, which I have worked with multiple times during my career, to manage your account and continue to provide a high level of service to you throughout your debt resolution process. Based on a negotiation I managed to complete, the terms of your agreement will remain the same, and you will not be required to pay anything more than what was agreed in your contract. All your payments have been credited, and your monthly payment will remain on the same day and in the same amount. The length of your program and contract are also the same. To be clear, your payment, the length of your program, and the services that you are offered will remain exactly the same and comes with a guarantee that if your debts are not resolved at the conclusion of your program, you will receive a full refund of the fees paid toward such debts. Just as with Litigation Practice Group, CLG will represent you in any lawsuit filed against you without any additional cost to you. This transfer will be completed today, February 28, 2023, and a representative from CLG will reach out to you to welcome you to their law firm. Consumer Legal Group can be reached at [protected] or [protected]@consumerlegalgroup.com should you wish to contact them. I wish you the best of luck and success in the completion of your journey to being debt free. Regards, Daniel S. March Dan Sig The Litigation Practice Group

This has also happened to me and I received the same exact email out of the blue in Feb. I am worried that they just took my money and did nothing to help me. I am not sure what ro do at this point.

Heather,

Litigation Practice Group was a huge Scam and they are continuing to try and scam all of us. I have already filed with the Attorney General of California, Governor of California, and the FBI. Daniel March who owns LPG even emailed me several times promising me my refund and have on emails. Then emailed me on 3/31 saying that the company who sends payments has a hold on his account and cannot release funds and has a restraining order against the company, which is false. He is filing Bankruptcy and stole all of our Money and it is sad situaton.

They closed there doors end of January and having been acting like they were still open. I had Matthew Dalesandro, Valerie Morreno, Daniel March and Crystal Perez all tell me I would be getting a full refund since March 9th and now so many different stories and saying that some company put a hold on refunds and they took out a restraining order. Well this is all lies and they don't have our money.

Hi. They did same to me. I believe they transferred me to a law firm called, Phoenix Law. Now I have to stop my auto pay from my checking that LPG took out over one and one-half years ago. I sent an email to Phoenix. Now I'll see what happens or how I need to stop these payments. We are all, as they say, in the same boat!
